On the evening of February 10, 2024, due to hotel system problems, two adults and one child arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the evening and were told that I had canceled my night room, and they did not recognize Ctrip's payment voucher when I showed it! Finally, after negotiating with Ctrip over the phone, we agreed to pay a bank pre-authorization of 400 euros for the night of stay, and we also had to change rooms the next day!
