I think the hotel is excellent - clean, modern, good service! Location is also great, smack in downtown. However, and this is nothing against the hotel, but it's located right next to a public park. Early in the morning and during the evenings, elderly people will pay with the "tuo Luo" (if you don't know what this is, Google it). The whipping gives off a crackling sound and the elderly starts this daily around 6-7AM. This can be bothersome if you want to sleep in

They won't help you use the app to call the car. So end up calling the taxi outside

The hotel is located right in the heart of town, conveniently located a 6-min walk to the West Zhongshan Road Subway station. The room was spacious and very clean. The linens were pristene and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great and I really appreciated the Japanese toilet. The people at the desk spoke Chinese only, but I was expecting that based on the reviews I had read ahead of time, and with my basic language skills and a bit of help from our phones (translator) we managed fine. The reception people were very pleasant and helpful. The late-night snack (congee with several types of pickle) is a nice thing, except that there was none left the first night when I went. Best to go before 10:30 if you hope to enjoy it. The food, Chinese style, is copious and delicious. The regional specialities were a nice touch! The breakfast has some Western-style food as well, though less elaborate. There was a problem with the coffee machine the 2nd day, but it was fixed quickly. I would stay here again - the location and value for money was excellent. But if you need service in English, want English TV, and /or a full Western breakfast, this is probably not the hotel for you.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

The service from the front desk staff. On the day I checked in, my luggage's wheel fell off. I informed the front desk staff about the problem. After that, the hotel's technician came to fix the luggage. Contacting for travel information was also responded enthusiastically. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in a location surrounded by restaurants. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel. The room is good. On the day I checked out, it was raining. The front desk staff helped call a taxi and helped drag my luggage to the car. I took a photo of my name because he was the one who helped me since the day I checked in.

Always a pleasure staying here. Every time we are in Guiyang we stay at the Atour property. It’s close to the train stations and also plenty of food options within walking distance.

Centrally located. Opposite the Old Quarters and just opposite the glorious Food Street. So many food choices. We would like to thank one of the hotel staff, Ye Ting Ting for the excellent services rendered.
