Location wise this hotel is great as the Pantheon is within 5 minutes of walking distance. Very small room. Overall, in my opinion this more like a 2-3 star Hotel instead of 5 stars.

Location is really great, the service is good and the room also, but not the best.

The hotel is definitely not 5 stars. If you want comfort of this level, this is not the place for you! There is no lobby as such, well, not the worst. The reception stinks of a terrible air freshener, either Indian incense or something else. But it is definitely not the light aroma of cleanliness and comfort of a 5 star hotel. I booked one night before returning to Moscow, the room was paid in full. Upon check-in they asked for a deposit of 300 euros, it is not written anywhere. When I asked, what if I do not have it? I am flying out early in the morning. They told me then we will not be able to check me in, that's it! The service is godlike! The hair dryer in the room does not work, I found out about it when I was driving to the airport at 9 am with a wet head. The button in the toilet sticks 🙈 And the shower is clearly old, the pillows are also terrible, a trifle but still. It is impossible to sleep in a room with a view of the street, it is noisy. There is also a room with a view of the wall! In general, there are many wonderful hotels in Rome, but this is not one of them.

Very central hotel with windows in via Del Course. A little noisy due to the road but the structure is beautiful and well looked after. Fantastic terrace! It has a SPA

The quality of service is at the highest level. From the moment you enter, you get the impression that the staff cares about making your stay really comfortable. In doing so, staff make every effort to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. I appreciated the fact that, despite the full occupancy, we not only managed to get a room earlier than the originally declared time, but also agreed (without additional fees) to leave it an hour later. As for the food, maybe the lack of a buffet is a bit inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it in the hotel restaurant, so the food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat as much as they want, and the selection of dishes is really satisfactory - each breakfast always includes one hot dish. The roof terrace is very atmospheric, where you can both eat and have a drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are completely sufficient. It is modern and clean. Definitely a recommendable hotel, well located in the center of historic Rome, which tourists and business travelers will appreciate. The quality of service is of the highest standard. When you enter, you get the impression that the staff are committed to making your stay enjoyable. To this end, the staff go to great lengths to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. Excellent hotel, cozy and very clean, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast and restaurant on site. Located in the center of Rome, 10/10.
