Hilton Garden Inn Rochester-Downtown Reviews

Very clean and nice hotel, great location in Rochester and very helpful staff. I would recommend to anyone, especially traveling with pets.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was great, but the shower could be better designed. It is almost impossible to turn on without getting wet with cold water.

The Hyatt Hotel is right next door, so I got confused about the entrance. The staff is friendly, but it's far from downtown, so I didn't go there much. It's a good value hotel.

The hotel is in the city center. The rooms are clean and tidy. The facilities and environment of the hotel are quite good. It is a very cost-effective hotel. There are quite a lot of various restaurants around.

房間整體還可以，環境也還算不錯，就是攜程頁面的酒店訊息細節不太準確，停車費其實是不需要的，酒店會提供一個二維碼的停車紙，但是早飯一個人需要14.9美元自助也可以單點，價格也在12美金左右，一個人至少。此外，沒有拖鞋還是不太方便的。再就是酒店的入口確實是不太好找，他不在主街上在一個側面的小街上。停車場的入口就在酒店的旁邊，但是導航很容易導錯要留意。
