It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

Good hotel and amazing reception, clean and affordable, no issues with it , am taking here about business traveler’s but if you looking for more then you might be not happy as it’s more good for that reason .

Overall everything is excellent.

Big size room with comfy bed , number of choice for breakfast in arabic style, front desk staff is very polite and helpful , neat and clean property ,there is no any convenient store surrounding hotel that is drawback

Really it was disappointing visit The girls on the reception desk was very rod Im visiting riyadh to enjoy with my friends and each time my friend comes the like investag thier entrances in opposites thr other nationality nin saudi no body was ask them any questions Noise it too much form other room Housekeeping And hotel staff I ask for late check out at 2 pm and tgey agree thrn suddenly at 12 pm the phone was ringing to do the check out the wake me from sleep Im aregulr customer at braira And this will be the last vist

My stay was very smooth at this hotel

Small room, domestic three-star decoration. Hot water is not good. Breakfast is average. It is located in the urban-rural junction, far from the city center.

The hotel is great, great value for money, very quiet, suitable for rest, more than 20 minutes from the airport, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel lobby is very elegant! The swimming pool is also amazing!

The least that can be said is that it is a five-star hotel service from the time of arrival to the time of departure.
