Very noisy, hard to sleep. Pillows are very uncomfortable. There is no gym and the location is not very beautiful

I highly recommend Ibis, it was sensational

Nothing to complain about. You can walk to the shopping mall across the street, the place is very well located, great breakfast and hospitality.

The Ibis hotel urgently needs to improve its cleaning, remove carpets that give off a bad smell in the corridors. The bathrooms, especially the shower stalls, need to be restored.

Total lack of information about parking. Having to pay for parking is a real pain in the ass.

It is a good cost-benefit in Barra da Tijuca / Barra Olímpica. The room is simple but comfortable. We rented it because we were going to an event in the region and for us, it met our expectations.

Terrible experience! I had to pay double simply because the reservation was in my name and the person who was going to stay was my driver. Even though I spoke to the receptionist, she didn't want to accept it at all! I've never seen such absurdity!

Good value for money. It met our needs for 1 night's accommodation.

There was some confusion at check-in. I had booked two rooms and there was only one in my name. The hotel could check the toilet seats because they were loose in both apartments. They are of very poor quality. When I turned on the air conditioning, it started to release water without stopping, but I immediately complained and a maintenance guy came up and fixed the problem.

Terrible. Unpleasant odor of disinfectant in the rooms, elevator with filthy carpet and unfriendly reception. Not up to the ibis standard.
