Hotel espetacular

The service provided by the reception, cleaning and restaurant was good. Regarding the accommodation, we were given an uncomfortable room and requested a change on the second day, which was promptly attended to. It was larger but had some problems: the toilet was a bit loose and there were 2 single beds that had been put together to make a double bed. However, one of the mattresses was lower, softer and very uncomfortable to sleep on. For 2 days, when we arrived at dawn, we found the reception without any staff and on one of the days, the door was completely open. This is a concern for security, as anyone could have entered. The refreshments offered in the restaurant were of poor quality and very sweet. The other items were good as expected but did not exceed expectations.

Good room, clean, spacious, nice bathroom. Good Wi-Fi. Decent breakfast, about four blocks from the beach. One block from the bars and restaurants. Safe area. Recommended. Price/performance ratio: fair.

Very kind, I asked for a very firm mattress for my back, which was promptly attended to. They also extended my check-in due to the change in my flight schedule.

Exceptional place! The towels are brand new, the view is beautiful and it is very close to the beach and bars, however, the place is on a very quiet street with lots of peace and quiet. And the breakfast has a great variety of fruits, juices, coffees, cakes, breads, etc. The breakfast area has a view that is charming. Thank you very much for the great service.

The room was not cleaned well, there were lots of hairs in the room. On Sunday morning there was no water in the hotel.

We were probably put in one of the worst rooms in the hotel. Tiny bathroom, you could only enter one at a time. There wasn't even a hair dryer in the bathroom, we asked to borrow one at reception, as soon as we turned it on it burned out.
