Convenient to GALEAO airport. Nice room. Good staff. Restaurant was good. Prices are good.

staffs were polite and efficient. used it for a night’s stay for early morning flight which works well with the airport shuttle running regularly 24/7. have a restaurant which serves pretty decent food. i thought the funghi risotto was pretty yummy. the rooms however was sorta dated and dark, and bed mattress was too soft. literally sink in when lying on it. nothing to wrong but will recommend it just for transit i guess.

Great hotel. A free shuttle service to and from the airport ran every 20 minutes. Rooms excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area kept clean at all times

No service at restaurant, food bad, no cup at room for tooth brush, no slipper & only one light blanket

From emailing the company, to the service I recieved when entering. Brilliant hotel and staff. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Made everything so easy for me. Loved my stay and was perfect for stopping over before going to another destination.

Great hotel very helpful and friendly staff lovely breakfast and a small shop inside for essentials, the gym is well laid out and there is plenty of seating. The only suggestion would be to have a cash machine as that would be helpful at times when travelling out. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is great and saves allot of time and hassle. Would rate the hotel above the stars given

The location is perfect and for the value I really liked. But it was clear that maintenance is a bit overlooked. It's isolated from everything, so it's for those who want to be close to the airport only, and considering this, all prices were very affordable.

I’m impressed with the frequency of the shuttle bus; not only its 20 minutes interval, it is also 24/7. Wow. One thing that I’m not used to is not having a kettle to boil water in the room as well as no complimentary water for guests. Well. I guessed I took these for granted in hotels in Asia generally.

Free shuttle service every 20 minutes. Rooms slightly dated and too humid. Service was good as hotel accommodated our request to change room even just for one night.

Location Location and location. This airport hotel is just opposite the GIG airport. The shuttle service is very efficient- every 20 mins and takes just 3 mins of travel time between airport and the hotel. The rooms are very basic like many airport hotels but the restaurant offers very good food options. We had Chicken fillet with vegetables and it was 10/10.

The hotel is near the airport and if you need to spend the night before or after your flight, then this is a good option. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is also a plus. I can't say anything about the breakfast. Breakfast is included in the price, but in fact we had an early flight at 4 am and we could not use the service. Although you can drink coffee and take fruit in the dining room. This was our breakfast. But overall, I liked everything
