This hotel has a fair price for the room, with the shuttle bus to airport. Downside is the internet is so bad it disconnects randomly….

Almost wasn't able to stay, even after getting off a flight from Australia late at night all because they needed the physical credit card for the deposit. The front desk receptionist wasnt trying to be helpful, even though I was clearly distressed, and had more of a "sucks to be you" attitude. Even if it's a ******** policy that a worker has to follow, considerate people will still at least pretend to look around at other options to show that they're concerned for you and putting in an effort. Having worked front desk at hotels before, I know that credit card info can be manually entered, and I had various forms of ID along with the photo of my credit card (I have been living in Australia and had a new card issued but I haven't been able to retrieve it from my address in Canada yet). I ended up being able to just use my Australian debit card, but this was still frustrating as I now have additional fees

Great location. Room are old and furnitures are out dated. Front desk are not friendly at all not welcoming. Breakfast service is the worst they dont care at all. The worst hotel ever. Shuttle service driver very rude. Never i will go back. Not worth for the money i payed

Bed bugs, breakfast so poor, rude front desk staff. Such a disappointed. Bad experience stayed this motel.

Hotel manager Eddie was very thoughtful and considerate when we checked in. Very friendly service and great breakfast. Airport transfer shuttle from hotel is most useful!

It’s a great location and so convenient to get food and supermarket. Also, it’s a very good service for shuttle bus to airport.

Good location easy to walk to the sky train. They also have shuttle bus for Airport.

hotel is near bridge port station . just 5 minutes' walking distance. hotel provide free air port shuttle service , which is quite good. room is big and clean . sound proof of the wall is not good. you can hear the shower water in the next door room. no slippers and no tooth brush and no tooth paste provided in the room. breakfast is quite simple. no egg and no sausage

This establishment shows sign of aging. The rate when compared to other accommodations is on the high side. There is no pool or hot tub.
