toilet too small not for adults use even im petite it is too difficult to move the hotel is not suited for a family staycation. the staff is not hospitable & not responsible. i will not recommend this hotel

Overall pretty okay location. Still 30 minutes from HND by public transit. Decent service and hospitality, too.

we booked this hotel for transit before our flight to Malaysia . the staff was so nice , welcoming and helpful. she allowed for early check in and also luggage storage .the hotel location was near to haneda airport. 10 mins by taxi . and near to train station to strolling around the area . hotel was spacious . recommended!

Very comfy, clean and near airport. Highly recommended! My flight landed at Haneda around 10:40 pm and after clearance, took a taxi to the hotel. It took less than 10 min ride and check in was fast n efficient. Will not hesitate to stay here again for my next trip.

very clean hotel. my sister and i stayed in the 2 bedroom room while my cousin stayed in the dormitory. the bedroom was clean and it was cleaned daily so we were happy to come back to a clean room after a long day of sightseeing. my cousin mentioned that his dormitory was also comfortable and the shared toilet was very clean. the staff were all so friendly and nice. we enjoyed our stay.

The best hotel we stayed in Japan in my opinion. It’s clean, but far from the train station, the staff is very polite and we had a bathroom and toilet in our room. And we had a very comfortable bad. And the price wasn’t high.

I had a lovely opportunity to stay in this warm and welcoming Hotel. I occupied the dormitory rooms and to my liking, it was pleasingly clean and well taken care of.

The flight was delayed, so I checked in at midnight. The front desk spoke Chinese and was very friendly. There was a vending machine downstairs. The room was very clean, with hot water for showering and the air conditioner worked well. As for the location, it was about 7 or 8 minutes away from the station. It cost about 2,400 yen to take a taxi from the airport T3 terminal in the early morning. Good experience, very cost-effective.
