I made a reservation through the page, obviously they ask you a credit card to make sure if you don't arrive they will charge you the night. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We arrived earlier but we took time to go to a dinner elsewhere first and from there we moved into the hotel at 15.30 pm (I had 3 rooms reserved) and arrival Saturday the receptionists told me the rooms were not ready I was very disturbed because I took my parents to 80-year-old gentlemen and I had to wait for them to be not clean yet. We sat down waiting and it is clear that there were 4 other families who had more than half an hour waiting for the same thing as I was bothered and we started to require the delivery of the rooms. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I called the call center to leave my complaint because as well as demand that one meets the timetable of entry and exit must be the mutual situation. At the call center I was given a page to leave my complaint that didn't work and I called again to comment on them, to which the girl was limited to saying that only there could be left the complaint and that the page if it worked. The hotel is excellently located near the north beach and the new packet, which means you can is walking, being a hotel in Cadena you know what you expect, The hotel is very friendly and the best option is if you are going to business or enjoying it.

We booked via Expedia and as we were about to arrive at 9:00 p.m. my husband called directly to the hotel to just warn that we would late check-in... they were not gross but very closed to say that if you weren't present at 6:00 p.m. automatic cancellation because no payment was made since we booked in Expedia and there was no option to transfer or give the card number to guarantee it... we called Expedia and tried to communic**** to The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel is very friendly and helpful.
