Clean, fast, best location,

Front desk staff are polite and helpful. Been staying in this hotel a number of times Highly recommended as amenities are plentiful. Big Mall is just round the corner.

Location is good. All the malls and eateries are within walking distance. Have been staying at this hotel on every visit. Price is reasonable too.

The hotel is conveniently located. Though the room was a little smaller than expected, it was comfortable and clean. Overall the services provided were good. It would be nice if the staff could converse in English.

Nice hotel, we liked so much.

Great hotel experience. My room was upgraded and I enjoyed the view. Room is clean and I got the rack to dry my wet towel and clothes. Location is good as the bus station is just a few minutes away and easy for me to go both sides. Check in and check out is very smooth as well with a nice talk at the counter. Will definitely come back if I visit Hainan again.

I came to Hainan for the Chinese New Year and stayed in different hotels in different places. Baohua Seaview Hotel is the hotel that makes me feel most comfortable with its exquisite and meticulous service. As soon as I checked in, waiter Chen Yisan, employee number 4027, sent me a blessing card with a handwritten heart-shaped blessing, which really made me happy! The temperature dropped and a heater was sent. Therefore, we renewed our reservation for another three days. In a hurry, the room type was wrong. The lady at the front desk 3028, 3021 enthusiastically upgraded us and kept us in the original room. The hotel is luxurious and atmospheric, very clean, the bedding is of good quality, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the experience is extremely pleasant!

In 2025, I chose Baohua Seaview Hotel Haikou to spend the Spring Festival. Before checking in, I called the hotel front desk to inform them that I would bring an elderly person over 80 years old to check in. The hotel arranged a room with a good view. My mother was very satisfied and extended the stay for another 2 days. The hotel's hygiene, sound insulation, and service attitude are all very good. The hotel arranged to send blessings and fruits on New Year's Eve. In particular, I would like to praise the supervisor Ms. Li Yuxia and the waitress Ms. Wu Xia. They were worried that the elderly would be cold at night, so they took the initiative to bring heaters to meet the needs of the guests and consider the guests. The hotel is located opposite Wanlv Park, and there are shopping malls, supermarkets, and bus terminals within a 10-minute walk. I will choose Baohua Hotel next time I come and recommend it.

The environment is good, the hotel is clean and tidy! The service attitude is very good! The waiters are warm and thoughtful! Especially Comrade Chen Yan, employee number 4170, is even more dedicated to service! They also arranged different patterns in the hotel, which made us feel warm and different beauty!
