Location is very convenient, has a few malls close by.
Washroom has a stinky smell everyday. They are not very clean. Some used glasses/ cups outside another room's door was still there for 2 days.
Receptionists at night time don't even speak proper English so it's not very professional.
But for convenience its fine.
We encountered a really bad arctic blast and we booked the Hilton on a whim as we felt we couldn't continue up the mountain in the dark. Per the TA norm the photos did not match the actual rooms at all. This hotel is terribly dated and is due for a remodel. The restaurant is mediocre and service not great. Bitterly cold temps outside and the entire main lobby floor was absolutely freezing. All of that said, it was clean & comfortable for what we needed. Got a good night's rest and went on our way the next day. Not worth the hefty price tag though.

Very bad experience. Overcharged. A few skeptical things happened as follow:
1, I booked the room in mid-Sept for my elderly parents and I pre-paid HKD 3770.65 (equivalent to CAD 670) for their 3 nights stay in October. Non-refundable.
After their stay, they were shown a hotel copy of the receipt for CAD 499.76. But I paid CAD 670.
2, When they checked-in one day early and needed one more night, they were charged CAD 218 for a room. After I was informed, I checked Trip.com an available room of the same grade should be CAD 148. My elderly parents were sold under false information.
Very Good

In addition to the difficulty when checking in, if you encounter a hotel without a front desk for the first time, you must call and tell them your email address. Then the hotel will send you a check-in message, and then you can check in online to get the room number and room password. . Thanks to Ctrip's help, otherwise I really wouldn't be able to check in. What's even more exaggerated is that the hotel service phone is not answered manually. Why is it so mysterious? I can't understand them. However, the room is really big, clean and comfortable. It has a water view at the entrance and is very quiet. It also has a full set of kitchen utensils. However, the air conditioner is too loud and there is no water in the room. This is a shortcoming, but the price is still quite suitable. Yes, it’s only 1,800. It’s nice to have free parking at the door. It’s also very convenient to get to the scenic spots. You can walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, which is pretty good.
The environment is very quiet, very comfortable, the room is very clean, the hall can also be seated, look at the community scenery outside, complete the feeling of how to come to Vancouver life is. Very comfortable and slow, and there is a lot of coffee tea in the kitchen.
If I want to come again, I will definitely come back to this [ Quiet House ] It's great.
What a great experience my sister and I had while staying at Stone Hedge with Brian and Linda. They are greatest hosts ever we were so spoiled right from the minute we were picked up at the airport. We arrived at the B and B to flower petals in the toilet and lovely clean room where we freshened up and then followed Brian’s directions 2 blocks to have our dinner. That night we slept like babies in those comfortable beds. It was so nice to get up early and make a cup of tea in the little kitchenette just off our room where we could make coffee/tea. We had a very early tour so Brian and Linda made us a to go bag what a nice surprise! After a long day Brian picked us up at the bus and brought us back to the B and B and surprised us with Mr Cooper pies and sweet potatoes, they were delicious! Next day we had a four course breakfast and off to the cruise port we we went we had a knowledgeable tour along the way. I wood come back to this B and B in a heartbeat thank you so much Brian and Linda😁

Outstanding
GGuest UserI have been traveling around the United States and Canada for more than 7 months, and this accommodation is simply a perfect end to this trip! Julie is simply the embodiment of a perfect housekeeper. The whole house is clean and there is nothing wrong with it. The bathroom supplies and bedding are mainly white, and the quality is very good! The bed is very, very comfortable, and the quiet area is so good to sleep at night! Fruits and breakfast focus on health, and guests can choose from a freezer of food! There are tea and coffee, and coffee has two ways to brew capsules and coffee powder! Mineral water is always where you can get it, and any cooking water is filtered water! There are also Julie's braised eggs, braised pork can be put in noodles, which is simply delicious 😋! Needless to say, the location, Richmond is a small place. Turn to No. 3 Road a few hundred meters from here. Remember that all the delicious restaurants are on No. 3 Road, and all the delicious Chinese food is Richmond! After winter, I will return to Vancouver and I will choose here again, but I have to make an appointment in advance, because it is always full!
GGuest UserEasy comfortable wonderful service best location for traveling I always stay when I am travelling via Yvr only complaint no full length mirror in room can’t fault this hotel.
RRebecca LillianThis is a very clean and welcoming hotel! Unfortunately a few amenities were out of service as they are currently renovating (hot tub and bicycles) but everything else was fantastic. They also accommodated an early check in and late check out with zero surcharge. We would definitely stay here again!
GGuest User(My name is anonymized to protect my identity for this review) This review was delayed due to an ongoing police investigation about our stay here in the Versante Hotel. My wife and I booked our stay at the Versante hotel, originally from Monday, August 29th until Saturday, August 3rd. We booked the penthouse suite on the 14th floor and loved it so much that we cancelled our reservations at the Fairmont hotel, just so we can extend our stay before we go to the airport for our family trip on the 6th. What we thought was going to be one of the most relaxing stays through our hotel experience quickly turned into a nightmare at the Versante hotel. It was a betrayal of trust from the Versante hotel staff and what Versante portrayed their company’s values to be. I would like to mention there were a few notable staff members that were exceptional and compassionate, and it’s a shame that this experience would reflect poorly on the hard working individuals who really tried to make our stay memorable. What had occurred in your hotel with the staff members that you hired to take care of your guests was unbelievably heartbreaking and I do not wish for anyone to go through what my wife and I had to witness. On Tuesday, August 30th we booked for a hot stone massage at Spa Versante and confirmed our booking for a shuttle the next day at 3:45PM. Manager Yasin was the one who had confirmed our shuttle booking for the spa the next day at 3:45PM. On Wednesday, August 31st at 315PM we received a call from our hotel room (1404) from Nini, the front desk receptionist. Nini asked to confirm if we had booked a shuttle for 330PM. We then told her it was confirmed for 345PM. She said OK and we hung up. At 345PM my wife went downstairs to meet the shuttle that we had booked the day before for my wife’s spa appointment. There was no shuttle. My wife asked the Valet who was there and he asked her for her name and said it was not ticketed. He then took my wife to the receptionist who was working at the front, named Nini, and asked about the shuttle booking. My wife informed her about her appointment at the spa and shuttle booking, which should have made it obvious to Nini that the booking was for the Versante Spa further away. Nini then told her there was no shuttle that goes to the spa and it only goes to YVR. Ultimately, Nini said my wife wasn’t booked for a shuttle. When my wife told her we had received a phone call from her (at 315PM) to confirm our shuttle, Nini had denied making any calls to our room. Nini then told my wife there wasn’t a shuttle coming and pointed at the door and told her to walk. Nini did not provide any help or resolution, she had dismissed my wife’s needs as a guest and failed to provide her with adequate information for her confirmed bookings at Versante Spa. It was only two girls working, Nini and Monica at front desk. Upon speaking in person with Nini, my wife recognized her voice on the phone. She had denied ever calling my room to confir
GGuest UserThe restaurant at this hotel was soooo nice; but even nicer was our waiter, Remi. We had our daughter's mother in-law visiting from Morocco this past weekend. She knew very little English; however, Remi saved the day. He knew Parisian French and was able to converse with her very easily. It made our dinner time together very special. Remi also kept watch over us and gave ideas as to how better enjoy our dinner. Thank you Remi~! You are a wonderful ”young man” and so appreciated by us. The Lord bless you. The Davis Family
SSusanai enjoyed the hotel resort..Conveniently located in Richmond...Easily accessible to everything. Preferable to have a car. Sky train was avail , but we had our own vehicle. Resort fees includes the parking which is good compared to other hotels nearby that charges $50/night for parking. I definitely would recommend to stay here. Room sizes are large, good entertainment.
GGuest UserHotel guest services is very poor upon arrival, only focussed on bus service to airport. Way to much valuable free time when no bus runs to airport, that could be sanitizing sitting areas. Very poor communication, information sheet of what the hotel has to offer is only at the front desk. Basically who ever deserves to know the services they offer. The service clerk put that blame on our facilitator, ” That was your facilitator that should have informed you, she had all your keys!” Like every hotel has all those informal sheets provided in all guest rooms. My facilitator is not your employee, she was a guest along with us. Stayed there for 6 days, they considered that a long period of stay and they do not service rooms unless requested. Upon my request was for fresh washcloths, the bed was made the full garbage bins were left and no fresh washcloths as requested. Service clerk turned into a joke and claimed she did not know what I was talking about and did not know what a washcloth was. The filthiest gym, after I had walked in, I really needed to do my exercises. That was my first and last. I was concerned of contracting a staph infection from that hotel. My dozen of eggs and all my vegetables and dip froze in the fridge, the manager said all he can do is offer me a free Breakfast. I replied no, the service on your busiest day the servers have no patience, And my dip alone cost the amount of a breakfast, I can not eat too much restaurant food because I get sick very easy! My vegetables I had provided and accommodate was meant for my lunch during my whole stay. For a very busy hotel I am sure that staff is well informed ahead of time to be mindfully prepared of the amount of guests to be expected for all service provided by hotel. Very poor at the baggage storage, provide tickets, no consistency with tickets, my belongings were seperated, had to return back to hotel to retrieve my belongings, manager claim no contact information or my contact number. Ridiculously EXPENSIVE hotel filled with poor services from front desk to restaurant. Food is very good !
GGuest UserIt looks a bit filthy. First, the lady placed me into a room on the first floor… and you could see rats around the hotel at night. It’s not worth the price you pay because it looks a bit outdated and woken off. The pillows are not new, carpets require some cleaning. It’s ok for a short stay, but I m not sure if I ll consider staying there again.
GGuest UserLocation is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment.
The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe.
