Obviously it's a homestay, and it's really helpless to say that it's an apartment hotel. Come all by yourself, no need to think about any hotel services. However, the room is very clean and nice, and the kitchen is so big that it is okay to cook by yourself. The host is also very kindly waiting for you. But the check-out time is a bit bad, check out before ten o'clock in the morning. In winter, Reykjavik only dawns at 11 o'clock, and it is often stormy and snowy. In addition, it is a very good homestay apartment.
