The front desk and staff are warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. We initially stayed with a tour group and then extended our stay for an extra night. When checking out, a staff member saw us with our luggage and immediately offered to help, which was incredibly considerate. Even when we had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door, the hotel thoughtfully placed the daily standard bottled water, toiletries, and fresh towels neatly on the sofa outside our room. This showed great attention to detail, balancing privacy with ensuring our daily needs were met. Having stayed in countless hotels, I've never experienced such a comfortable and high-end stay. Every aspect was impeccable, deserving of a full five-star rating. I genuinely and strongly recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"I used it on my honeymoon. The staff who can speak Japanese is very good, and thank you for your help! !! Basically it was nice to be beautiful, but I was a little worried because the cleaning was not done properly in the details (such as the edges) and there was a place where dust was accumulated. After that, the flight time on the last day was early and I couldn't make it in time for breakfast, so I was asked to respond with room service, but it was too terrible. The breakfast buffet was perfectly nice, but in room service, I was surprised with 3 thin breads that were not warm, small jam, and cold small coffee. .."

We stayed for three days and dined in the hotel restaurant for two days. The products of both restaurants were very good, especially the grilled squid was delicious. The service was also attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast is ordered, you can choose a set meal or order what you like. The hotel room is designed in a casual style. You can see the scenery while lying on the bed. The hygiene is very good. Twice a day, the night bed is made, and the children's slippers are painted with hearts. There is also a welcome card with the children's name. The daily drinking water is also replenished, and there is no need to call for it. You can feel the sincerity and enthusiasm of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the town of Oia. It is within a ten-minute walk to the Internet celebrity check-in point. We went to the town at 7 o'clock in the morning to watch the sunrise. There was no one and it was very quiet. If it was after 7:30, the Internet celebrity photo-taking point would have to line up, and then go back to the hotel for breakfast.
