The Building and Room where clean and quiet but the wifi required an online sign in , so i wasnt able to go online with my playstation

Motel 6 exceeded my expectations. This property is clean, quiet, safe, and a tremendous value!! It is minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The location and accessibility to everything is a bonus! I highly recommend this for a stay that helps with the budget.

First room had broken AC and was 28.5C. Second room the AC worked, but was noisy. Hand towels were stained and there were no bath towels. A single wash cloth? Is there a towel shortage or something? No shampoo. Cleaning staff missed last guest's gross soap in the shower. Pillows were awful. Front desk were friendly, and professional. I guess you get what you pay for. But if paying 25% more elsewhere means I get an actually clean room and proper amenities then I will probably spend my money there in the future.

Beds are rock hard. Pillows soft. Heat didn’t work. Sheets had stains on them. Don’t think their vacuum works. Phone missing most of its buttons. Staff were friendly. Location is great. Price reflects quality. So it’s up to you on if you care about that stuff. I don’t think k I would stay here again.

Pros - the pillows really are comfy and the hot water is incredibly long-lasting and hot. Cleanliness decent. Cons - everything else. Pot-smell abundant in our room. A big bag of garbage sat outside our room from before we arrived and was still present when we left. The room had hand towels and a bath mat only - asked for a shower towel and front desk said they had no towels.

We checked into motel 6 Red deer Couldnt phone front desk no one answered because apparently girl took phone home well i say bring it back isnt it important that a person could call front desk ? garbage can in room had no bag and smelt like someone had gotten sick ,crumbs on carpet,stained bed sheets,wires hanging from fire alarm, Had shower before pulling blankets down hardly any hot water decided to check out and phone in room didnt work what if someone didnt have cell for emergencies? Yelling screaming in next room We did check out and we wont be back ever Awful unclean room i have taken pictures

Worst experience ever! Lost our reservation,no apology. Found me a room when I got upset, room was filthy even after it was "just cleaned". Bed spreads and blankets stained,filthy,unchanged, mattress pads disgustingly stained. Had to go down and ask for sheets, blankets and towels. Ended up buying sheets and quilts to put our minds at ease. Carpets were stained and unvacuumed. Front lobby was grungy,and never a person at the front desk,you had to go calling down the halls for assistance. Other patrons also complaining about the conditions and general filth. Best part was leaving the parking lot. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Pros: Pillows were comfy Cons: no fridge Broken Ac when hot out Bathroom not stocked Tv broken No remote Weird electrical buzzing Toilet constantly running No fitted sheets No pillow cases Fire alarm at 6am because they dont maintain their breakfast equipment Horrible coffee and breakfast Late night worker literally useless

Great friendly service from immediate walk on check on throughout the stay and check out. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated. All in all great value! A shout out to Matia and Nancy and all staff who remain nameless but all pleasant and helpful! Definitely recommend 👍

The front desk staff at this motel are very difficult to deal with. I would not recommend booking a room here. Will never book at this motel again. Tried to change reservations and the staff did not follow through, no return phone calls. Front desk staff hung up on me when I was trying to confirm reservations for a corporate booking. Very much a budget hotel. Very unhappy with service in total.

My daughter and I stayed for the weekend for an event at Westerner Park. Got there on Thursday eve, the young guy at the front desk was really nice. Friday morning I told the lady at the front desk that we would need more towels, she said no problem. Saturday, still no towels. Sunday was check out day and I would have really loved to have a shower but this older guy at front desk was really mean and grouchy when I asked for some towels. He said there wasn’t any. 😡 so I just packed up and got the heck out of there. I will never stay there again, that guy at front desk was so rude! And to top it off, they ran out of coffee by 830am so that really got my goat. Oh and the pillows ****** too. And the ventilation vent had an inch layer of filth.
