**3-Star Review for voco Hotel** I recently stayed at a voco hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel has a modern and vibrant atmosphere that I really enjoyed upon arrival. The décor is stylish, and the overall ambiance is inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome during check-in. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. While the room was clean and well-appointed, I found it to be smaller than I expected, which made it a bit cramped for two guests. Additionally, I encountered some minor issues with the amenities; for instance, the Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable at times, which was frustrating during my stay. The hotel's location was decent, with several restaurants and attractions within walking distance, but it wasn't as central as I had hoped. Overall, voco has a great concept with its focus on sustainability and unique twists, but a few tweaks could enhance the overall experience. I would consider staying again, but with slightly lower expectations.

The breakfast and the view is perfect. All the staff are so friendly.

It’s good as always. Been staying here for a couple of times. Welcoming staff, nice location, quiet but accessible, 24 hours McDonald’s, Costco next door. Would defo come back.

Stayed over when following our local football team hotel is spot on and used the pool and sauna morning after.

Great hotel, really clean & new. Comfy beds & spacious room for family of four. Bar & breakfast area really good with a great selection.

My second time at this hotel. Great service from mohammed if i remember the name corect. Please keep up the fantastic customer service. My family and i are greatful for being able to sort out what was a nightmare into a peaceful check in for us. Shout out to the duty manager at night on 29.3.2024. Overall great facilities, great service. Great food.

Free car park. A retail park is just beyond the hotel. Reception staff is good as he upgraded our room to family room when he observed the booked room has only 1 queen bed.

The size of room is smaller than what I expected, but price is reasonable and staffs are friendly and helpful

No treat , jaccuzzi wasn’t working and was not changed on the booking. I booked thinking I would use this facility and mainly for it

The room was a bit cold, the food too expensive and the location a bit far from the city. However it's quite if you don't travel on the day when a football match is on.

Excellent value and good location, very clean, would use again
