Worst hotel I have stayed in. The breakfast is served at 8am, which is very inconvenient, given all hotels usually serve breakfast from around 6-6.30am till 10am. I was there for business and had to miss breakfast as need to be in the office at 8am. Was not offered alternative even though I paid for breakfast. Hotel amenities are vary basic, everything looks old and outdated, curtains do not close.

Amazing stay at hotel castilla, wonderful experience we loved it plus everything around us was so convenient, beautiful views and settings with beach less than 2 mins away. Deffo would visit again

Lovely kept room, clean hotel throughout and very close to the beach. All the staff spoke English which was a big help for myself. Great value for money I would recommend

The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away. There are many bars and restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. The room is very good, the balcony is very big, and you can see the sea from the balcony! The only problem is that the bar next to it is a little noisy at night, but it doesn't matter to people who are not sensitive to noise.

I will start by praising the amazing housekeeping staff .. every encounter was polite and exceeded expectations…. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years and. I am shocked! Absolutely awful customer service! The older gentleman behind reception should find a new job not working with people! Numerous times I encountered him talking to different guests awfully! Cafe and restaurant was closed which I I was aware of! But when we requested just a kettle for our room it was denied very abruptly! So disappointed that the staff does not shape up to the premises! You close your restaurant and bar .. at least offer your guests a kettle downstairs as there is nowhere close by! My advice to the owner .. find some new staff for your reception team and find some appreciation for your guests that pay your bills! .. Superficial attempt at a refurbishment! They advertise a fridge and coffee making facilities in the room which is a lie! .. overall .. hotel ok .. website is false advertising and staff awful!!!!
