I arrived before 12 o'clock, so I thought I'd just leave my luggage there, but they checked me in and I was able to get into my room early! The ladies at the reception and the security guard at the entrance were all very kind☺️ For some reason, the air conditioner in the room was locked and I couldn't use it. Luckily, it was just the right temperature for me, who gets cold easily, but I don't think it would be good for people who get hot easily... They did provide shampoo and body soap! The handle of the sink was dirty with water stains, but that's tolerable overseas lol It's right next to Plaza Catalunya, so the location is great and I recommend it!

The location of the accommodation is very good as it is near the square, it is clean and the staff is friendly. If I come to Barcelona again, I want to stay here again!

Overall it's okay. It's a common practice in Barcelona to double the booking price during exhibitions, whether it's a hotel or a restaurant.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, and it was a wonderful hotel. When I used the bubble bath, a lot of black garbage-like stuff came out. Other than that, the room was clean and nice. It would have been nice to have slippers and a kettle in the room.

The room was spacious, clean and dry, but the TV was broken. Close to the subway station, convenient to different attractions. Staff are courteous and convenient for storing luggage, but sometimes I feel they are understaffed.

The location is near Plaza Catalunya!!! The service is...so-so. The employee who looks like the store manager is emotionless. Sagrada is really far....
