Location was okay , there wasn’t any shops close by , town was 15 mi utes by cab and standard room , a very bad hair dryer which doesn’t help much. Had food in restaurant which was great.

Great experience. The hotel is very clean, the facilities meet our expectations even more. This stay lived up to our expectations

The hotel is located a little outside the city center. Getting to the center by public transport is time-consuming. The hotel is old, but has been partially renovated. Our room had two comfortable double beds. There were also bathrobes and a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom had high-quality toiletries from Rituals and NOT the usual Accor brand. The bathtub was slippery, however. The breakfast was OK, but not great. The pool was small and the water was quite cold.

Very nice staff and well-equipped rooms Swimming pool and sauna really nice. Children had a lot of fun.

I like spending time with my family. Since I have a baby, I like that the jungle room is automatically reserved.

The hotel presents itself well, with a new and welcoming hall and a good restaurant. The property has a small children's play area and a usable indoor swimming pool. I've read that some people complain about the water temperature being too cold, but in reality it's the same as in many other normal pools. The rooms are clean and quiet, the only flaw concerns the lack of small services that I would expect from a 4-star structure such as courtesy slippers, hangers in the wardrobe and a working hairdryer as those in the rooms are not useful therefore I recommend you to bring one from home. The staff has always been helpful, as regards the coldness encountered by some we noticed that it is a characteristic aspect of the entire city, it is probably an aspect that we Italians highlight with more attention because we are accustomed to it differently. Overall I recommend it

A little far from the city, but the environment is very quiet.

The hotel is located near the meadow and the Wisła Kraków stadium. Additionally, paid parking PLN 65 on the hotel premises. Small swimming pool and gym on site. A tiny play corner for the little ones.
