Very good location, near to shops and massages and beach. Owner very friendly. Cleaned rooms and changed towels everyday. Superb clean place. Even have place to hang our washed clothes for drying.

This accommodation was very clean, the room was spacious and the bathroom had the best rainfall shower. The bed was very big and comfortable. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. It's super close to the beach and a few beach bars. The price is really affordable for what you get. Would recommend to anyone.

I stayed in room 2.1 with my wife on the 3rd floor, I assume that 1.1 on the floor below is similar. The feature of this room is a huge balcony, where you can both chill and hang out the clothes washed in the sink (you can of course pay 15k dong for washing on the 1st floor, but you are too lazy to wait for the machine to finish). The cleanliness of the room is normal, but for some reason they did not give you a duvet cover, just a bare blanket. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen with a stove, you can stock up on shrimps at the market and boil them, eggs too. There are not that many dishes, but they are there. It is convenient that it is not far from the town with markets, it does not take long to get there by scooter either to the north or to the south (they helped with the scooter at the reception, 150 / day, in local rentals they wanted 200+). Minus - from the balcony you can see the road and there is a cafe with Chinese karaoke and sometimes in the evening you have to listen to the howling of another narrow-eyed fool. And it can be loud, really loud. I can attribute this to the only significant minus. And, lizards crawl on the walls and can catapult onto your back. But we remember about the balcony for drying and washing clothes in the sink, so everything is fine

The room is supposed to have a hair dryer, but unfortunately there was none. Otherwise, everything is great!
