A very nice and surprisingly well priced hotel. Excellent location. Friendly and warm welcome. Modern and comfortable room

The reception lady was not very friendly when checked into the hotel, but the rest of the staff are very nice. The room looks dark and old. The shower switch fell out a few times when we tried to turn it on. The toilet got stuck easily. But the location was perfect, one minute walk from the train station.

The location is very good, the train station is only a 3-minute walk away. The hotel has an elegant appearance. The room is more stylish and larger than expected. It is fully equipped with bottled water, specialty coffee, chocolate, biscuits and a variety of tea bags. Just checked in and there were no extra boxes of tissues available. The elevator was broken, but the staff quickly helped to move the luggage. The service attitude was very good👍🏻I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time. 👏🏻👏🏻

Very convenient, very close to the commercial street, close to Reading Railway Station, you can walk through the station square to the Thames River, and feel the tranquility and leisure in the beautiful scenery of breeze and sunshine. The hotel has good sound insulation, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is great.
