It was a last-minute trip, and the hotel I booked in a hurry didn’t turn out to be a surprise. Although the facilities are not new, they are overall clean and comfortable. The location is also good. There is a direct bus to Kaiyuan Temple. You can walk directly to Haijiao Intangible Cultural Heritage (about 25 minutes). Taking a taxi to Qingyuan Mountain only costs just over 13 yuan. The breakfast is also good, you can eat enough to start the day's journey. The window overlooks the statue of Zheng Chenggong😁

I booked a parent-child room. I have never seen a room type that is not an extra bed but has an extra bed. It is also different from the pictures shown on the Internet. There is no one room and one living room. I even suspect that the room has one. The sealed small door was the original hall of the room, but it may be used for other purposes now. After reporting it to the front desk, there was no explanation and they simply said that they would change my room. I didn't find it troublesome and didn't change my room. There was even hair on the cot. This is the first time I have seen such outrageous hygiene. I went to wash my hands before checking in and found that the entire bathroom looked dirty and old. There were stains on the floor and sink that could be treated but were not treated. I don't know if it's too old or what. The toilet flushing is also very difficult to use. There is no wifi connection reminder when you check in. You have to check it before you can give the wifi password. There are also words about Diamond Hotel's supplies in the hotel to confuse the public. I didn’t have breakfast so I won’t comment. What can I say about the service? It has no memorable points, neither friendly nor professional. The check-in process ended with the room card being handed to me. Is the front desk used to upgrading rooms under any circumstances? As for the so-called upgraded guest room, the air conditioner did not cool down when I checked in, the phone could not be connected, and there was a power outage. I even said that the main unit on the roof was broken, and the central air conditioner repeatedly asked the engineering department to come to the room to see if it was working. It took four or five hours to repair. At my request, I changed rooms and was told to upgrade to a suite. Let me show you the environment of the suite. I won't go into details about the control switch in front of the bed that doesn't work at all.

Scared** I took the elevator to the 12th floor for breakfast in the morning and waited for a long time. The elevator didn’t open. The electronic screen kept running. The air conditioner is surprisingly loud at night. There are also loud noises in the parking lot several times in the middle of the night. I can't sleep well at all. Since the hotel has "West Street" and "Wanda Plaza" in its name, I mistakenly thought it was close to Wanda Plaza and West Street. In fact, it is 1.7 kilometers away from Wanda and far away from West Street. The hotel's sanitary conditions are poor, the carpet smells musty, and the windows have long-lasting dust stains. The hotel is operated using wine rooms from the original Diamond Hotel. Only the girl at the front desk can maintain a little service. Remember not to be misled by the name!

Extremely bad! The hotel facilities are very old and cockroaches are rampant... It doesn't look like a newly renovated hotel at all. I endured it for one night and decisively moved out the next day. I really don’t recommend it!

酒店樓下停車場挺大的，很適合自駕遊。房間面積很大，高層視野好，衞生服務也都挺好的。早餐廳在十二樓，景觀特別好，吃着豐富的早餐，看着泉州城景，很愜意。周邊就是泉州古城，西街，萬達廣場，酒店位置很不錯。

這家酒店位置好，抵達海交館、非遺館很近，非常適合想要深度探索泉州歷史文化的遊客。房間面積寬敞，空間佈局合理，採光好。衞生細節到位，浴室和地毯都一塵不染。前台服務熱情周到，主動推薦了周邊美食街，體驗感好。

不知道柏納對加盟店是怎麼評估的，這家店太讓人失望了，除了名字和易耗品上的logo，沒有一點在其他店的體驗感。要不是當天着急辦事，開房門後就想直接扭頭走了。這陳舊的設施，老舊的裝修風格，無比普通的早餐，是怎麼賣到299的，159我都嫌多。

福建行第三站，來到泉州。酒店離西街不遠，大約4公里。前台比較熱情，服務不錯。房間設施出了一點小插曲，巡視的小姐姐也很熱情解決。酒店有點年頭，裝修稍舊，衞生尚可，吐槽的是衞生間台盆，太低了，站着腰都要酸了。淋雨水温不穩定。空調白天沒有，晚上8點後才有暖氣，但是一點不熱，我們去的時候正好是冷空氣，房間不暖和。早餐品種不算多，但還行。

前台非常好，熱情周到，房間也很乾凈整潔，地理位置優秀，非常好的體驗，非常推薦大家來泉州遊玩入住柏納酒店
