This is a great place to stay, a little hard to find as it’s on such a massive complex. Thankfully a kind person drove me to the correct building. The landlady was great and happy to communicate. The room was very clean and the balcony very good. My only warning is that I closed the balcony door while I was in the balcony smoking and the door would not open to let me back in. There is no handle on the outside of the door and so I was left outside for 15 minutes trying to open it. The landlady said she would send someone up to help but thankfully I managed to open the door finally (great as I had deadlocked the front door). The apartment is lovely as is the landlady.

The environment is great. Parking is right downstairs of the room, which is very convenient. There are also charging stations and access control. The housekeeper will send a WeChat message in advance to inform you how to get to the room and how to pass the access control. It is very considerate. There is a sliding door in the middle of the parent-child room, which can be closed without disturbing each other. It is a very pleasant stay experience.

You can see the sea, but it's still more than 900 meters away from the door. It's dark at night and hard to find. It's cheap and the room is quite spacious. It’s not easy to find food nearby. There’s a Sichuan restaurant and a tuck shop about a kilometer away.

Near Tanmen Town, not far from Boao and very close to the Nanhai (Hainan) Museum. The community is big, the rooms are big, the facilities are new, the rooms are clean, the overall feeling is very good, I will choose it next time
