Qingyuan Hotels with Wi-Fi

Our stay at the Sheraton Lion Lake Hotel can be summarised in one word, disappointing. I believe this was/has the potential to be a lovely hotel to visit. The hotel and its grounds are massive, however, most areas are closed and there is a general feeling of abandonment. Fountains and water features are empty, shops closed, grass is overgrown and facilities a little dated and tired. The indoor pool and one of the restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was not very clean. What it did have was excellent customer service, the Moroccan theme was very cool and the rooms overlooking the lake were clean and had a lovely balcony. Overall, not worth the money. If you are looking for a base to sight-see Qingyuan, there are much cheaper hotels around and if you are wanting to enjoy a staycation this will be a disappointment.

The customer services were really excellent, after checking in, you will have a 專屬管家 to show you around the facility and guide you to your room. Also if you got any problem, you could contact her via Wechat, and her response was quick. The room is really clear and comfort, it gives us a warmth feeling. Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art. Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

I originally booked a B&B in Qingyuan, but the environment and hygiene were not good at all, so I immediately found this one on Ctrip. At least it was guaranteed by the Country Garden brand. After arriving, go to the hotel front desk to register your check-in information and license plate, and then the staff will take you to the villa. The villa area is not a desolate one, but one where people live there all the time. However, there were still no complaints about the KTV in the middle of the night. The villa is very large, with three floors, six rooms and five bathrooms. The space is enough, and it will be just comfortable for 8 people. There is also a large piece of grass outside the villa. Because it was unexpected, no outdoor activities were prepared. Finally, the villa is a bit big and it is a bit easy to get lost. The toilet has a bit of a smell and requires ventilation. Overall, it is highly recommended and I will go there again next time.

First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overall experience at your establishment. The staff was courteous and cooperative, and the facilities were excellent. While the breakfast service was a bit delayed, I understand that these things can happen, and it didn't significantly impact my stay. The food quality was good, although I would appreciate a bit more variety, especially catering to the preferences of international guests. I look forward to returning and experiencing more of what your wonderful place offers. Thank you!

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I have always stayed at the Garden Hotel next door. The price is quite favorable, but the service is really poor. Before checking in, I had communicated with the platform many times, hoping to get a room with the same size and layout as the pictures shown in the hotel. The hotel agreed, but when I went to the front desk to check in, it said there was no such room type? A room of less than 10 square meters was arranged. After reluctantly checking in, we contacted the Ctrip platform. After the platform communicated on our behalf, the hotel agreed to change rooms for us (a special thank you to Ctrip customer service for solving the problem very quickly and thoughtfully). This thing makes me feel that it is quite a loss. Although there is a room, I am not allowed to check in, and I am tormenting the customers. After checking in, we were given a room close to the elevator. It was very noisy when they were coaxing you in the middle of the night, so I couldn’t sleep well!

The location of the hotel is surrounded by construction projects so there can be some noise, although it didn’t bother me much. The breakfast choices were just ok and it took a while for food to be replenished if there wasn’t anymore left. The room was clean and tidy when I first arrived and the service is helpful. It was a satisfactory stay.

Ge Hao holiday hotel has been renamed as KYRIAD MARVELOUS HOTEL.. It is centrally situated within the shopping mall.Many restaurants. It is within short walk to all busy shops & restaurants. In fact this hotel was built in the OLD Qingyuan city.. The counter staffs helpful , and teach us how to log into wifi. I had stayed here 14 years ago. Night market open daily just nearby. The hotel rate is affordable for us seniors.
