Find 5-Star Hotels in Qingyuan

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. Qingyuan International Hotel seems to have convenient transportation, with a bus stop right outside and Fengcheng Wharf opposite. However, the actual experience is not satisfactory. The waiting time for the bus is long, and you need to walk a distance after taking the bus to the scenic spot or park. For travel, self-driving or taking a taxi may be a better choice, which can avoid the waiting time for the bus and the hassle of walking, and travel is more convenient.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day! Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

I booked this hotel temporarily when I took my kids to Bijiashan. It feels like an old hotel and is quite clean! I also upgraded the river view room for free. When I opened the curtains in the morning, the river view across the street was so beautiful! I was in a good mood for the whole day! The breakfast was actually OK, but there were fewer varieties. I hope it will get better and better.

I personally think it is a very good hotel. The garden is worthy of its name. The decoration is very beautiful, with palace retro and other styles. Many places in the hotel can be used as backgrounds for taking photos. The hotel staff are very nice and responsible. When checking in, there happened to be two girls who should be in elementary school next to me who said they wanted to go back to the room. After the staff asked for the room number, they called the aunt in charge of the floor to help open the door. Although the hotel has a certain sense of age, all facilities are well maintained. The gym, billiards, and table tennis on the second floor can be used normally, and the space is also large. You can also go swimming in summer. The room is also very comfortable. It was a great hotel experience.

We come to this resort often . We love the architecture and interior design . On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

The hotel is far from the city, and there are not many public transportation options, so it is more friendly to self-driving. The hygiene can be of a higher standard, and the towels are a little damp. The facilities are relatively complete, the service is very good, and the children are very satisfied, especially the front desk who checked in on the first day was smiling, making people feel at home. I hope there will be more value-added services next time I stay. I wish it gets better and better!

Clean and sanitary, the room is facing the Ferris wheel, and booking a room also includes a cruise, Ferris wheel and children's playground tokens. The room is very childlike, the children are very happy, the experience is very good, very satisfied 👍

The environment and facilities of the hotel are unexpectedly pleasing. There are many plants that have never been seen before, and the garden design is very thoughtful. I especially like the pink beach and swings under the trees on the big lawn. It is very photogenic, and the children also like to play on the lawn. There are many choices of hot springs in the public area. The service staff will pour water for the guests, remind everyone to drink water when soaking in the hot springs, and also deliver bath towels. The private hot spring pool in the room is also great. It is also very comfortable and relaxing for the children to soak alone after sleeping. This trip was a bit rushed, and I look forward to staying for two days next time.

We booked a zebra room and Gu Jingyi at the front desk helped us upgrade to a giraffe family room when we checked in. The experience was much better, and we could see giraffes and zebras in the room. When we entered the zoo that day, the place was large and not crowded, and it was quite comfortable. The staff also greeted us and were very enthusiastic. Later, the housekeeper Jiahong added WeChat and gave us various activity reminders. We had a lot of fun throughout the whole process, and the children had a lot of fun. It is worth coming again next time!
