Our stay at Atour was satisfactory in general. The room is spacious and generally clean. The hotel provided comfortable memory foam pillows, superior to regular hotel pillows, and a good, strong hairdryer. The service staff were friendly and helpful as well (A lady, 枚香, patiently helped us set up the fridge and introduced some attractions to us). Overall, there were no major issues, but as indoor smoking is allowed, the cigarette smoke from some guests create an unpleasant environment. Some other slight flaws were that there were mosquitoes in the hotel but thankfully, the rooms were generally clear of them. Also, the gym is a bit rundown but it’s still functional. Would recommend this place to friends and family as it was a comfortable stay and the hotel is conveniently located close to a large mall with a variety of shops and diverse food options!

Location is great as it is in the town city. Food is very accessible and there is a nearby mall.

This is my favourite hotel chain in China. In Qingyuan ATOUR staying for the second time. Very calm and quiet there. I especially like their comfortable beds especially the pillows.

It’s my first time to stay at an Atour hotel and I was very impressed! The safe was so friendly and accommodating from the very beginning. They helped with the luggage, gave us hot tea as we checked in, offered us umbrellas when it started raining. The room was very big and comfortable. WiFi worked well, shower pressure was great. Very quiet room. I will look for Atour Hotels again when traveling around 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Atour Hotel is a good brand. Every time I stay at Atour Hotel in different places, I feel safe and comfortable. The staff have good service attitude. My sister who lives in the room on the 7th floor even wants to give me a like, which is very considerate! I went to Qingyuan for a trip and compared many hotels. I chose this one. Everything else was OK, quite satisfactory. The bed was not very clean. When I lifted the quilt, there were hairs under the sheets. There were hairs in several places. It's not right to be so clean for a room that costs more than 300 yuan!
