The front desk staffs are very nice. Good location and near the metro station. A lot of small restaurants nearby the hotel

It is about 3 minutes' walk from the subway station, which is very convenient and suitable for friends who come to travel.

This is the worst home collection ever First, when we checked in, we asked the front desk some questions, but the front desk clerk impatiently replied, "You can go to another Home Inn to have a look." This was a blatant way of driving us away... We wanted to find the hotel manager, but she replied, "Off duty." She gave us a stinking room, so I went downstairs to find her to change rooms... Second: The hotel room is so small that there is barely any space for cosmetics and toiletries... Third: The drainage of the shower room is really speechless... The drainage speed is so slow... The water overflows outside...  If my true review can be seen by the hotel executives, I really hope they can retrieve the video surveillance of our check-in to see how bad the attitude of your own employees is...

Not recommended, the price soars to 700+ during the summer vacation. Although the service staff are very nice, the room is noisy, has a faint musty smell, the walls are covered with black spots, and the bed is a bit damp. The most disgusting thing is that there is a set of steps to enter the door, and the long and huge suitcase is difficult to carry with the elderly and children!

I checked into the hotel today and bought three boxes of Thirteen Bubbles. I didn’t take them down when I checked out. I went up to look for them three minutes later, but I didn’t see them. The hotel said they were thrown away as trash and the packaging was there. Nice pastries, is this reasonable? Who believes it? I hope the hotel will give me a reasonable response and don't talk nonsense to me. No matter what guests have lost in the hotel, the hotel cannot price it at will or handle it at will. It’s too unreliable, I don’t recommend staying here.

帶爸媽來青島旅遊➕看孫燕姿演唱會，訂了這個酒店，之前在別的城市住的如家感覺很普通，所以沒想到這個酒店非常乾淨和有品質，服務也非常好，我們很滿意，青島也很美，演唱會也很棒，很開心的一趟旅程，推薦推薦！

前台挺熱情的，會考慮顧客的住宿條件，環境也不錯，還免費贈送了兩份早餐，前台小姐姐剛入住就送了一瓶水，隔音挺好的，帶孩子不擔心影響他人休息

這次出遊選瞭如家的家庭房，一米八的大床加一個一米的小床很適合一家三口！酒店的地理位置很便利，離地鐵站很近，早上可以去海泊橋早市體驗一下，晚上到台東步行街逛吃逛吃！下次來青島，還會首選這家店！

大廳是半地下的，行李不好拖，公交站地鐵站都要走一段，房間確實很小，床墊鋪的很不美觀，隔音差，咖啡機操作也不智能，總體性價比不高

端午出遊，住了2天。 位置還可以，海泊橋地鐵a口，出來直行300米就到了，去台東步行街坐公交就一站地，步行去海泊橋早市也不遠，酒店對面的一條街都是飯館，樓下也有超市，周邊配套確實不錯。 房間標註20平方，實際16平都難説，窗户還是這種小的，屋子裡有蚊子，房間門的反鎖居然是壞的。。。。燈光開關也不是床頭全控，非常麻煩。 還有最重要的一點，酒店wifi非常卡。 差不多就這些。

總體上來説還是不錯的，離着地鐵口和醫院都很近，交通方便。設施還是挺新的比較乾淨，服務態度為很好，機器人送餐。
