After I came here, I found that the environment of this single-family villa and wooden house was not very good. One was the smell of sewerage in the toilets in the room, and the layout of the soaking pool and yard was also bad. Somewhat unsatisfactory. It may be because it was too busy during the National Day. 我定的是親子房,帶着小孩最注重的就是衞生。當天我們下午三點多辦理入住,門口一堆換的床單、水瓶,進入房內後,拖鞋衹有一對,浴巾衹有一條,衣櫃爛的、玩具亂的、床下還有垃圾、廁所上個客人用過的牙線都還在那。想打電話給前台,讓阿姨過來重新搞衞生跟補充日用品,電話機沒插線,插上線後也是壞的。小孩脱鞋在房裡玩,沒一會整個腳板底都黑了。去泡温泉,裏面客人有在池裡抽煙的,吃東西,毛巾掛的到處都是,杯子垃圾多的很,根本沒人收拾。第二天,前台12:30打電話給我(我沒接到),13:39又打了一通,接通後前台問:“需不需要繼續住,不需要的話要辦理退房手續了”我回答她説:“我在攜程上買的是寫着可以到14:00退房”,前台回覆我:“過年期間,酒店要求要儘快退房,好搞保潔,酒店要求12點退房,已經給我們延後到13:40了”我説:“我們已經收拾完準備下來退房了”前台很沒有禮貌的掛了我電話,沒有回覆。後來下去退房的時候,就找了前台質問,是誰那麼沒有禮貌蓋電話和為什麼那麼著急要客人退房説搞衞生,但衞生搞的那麼差?前台給的答覆是“對不起 過年太忙了”。 當時準備去盤龍灣時也看了很多評論,很多負評。想説普寧人也支持一下普寧產業,應該不至於那麼差。今日算見識了。 服務行業對待客户的態度很惡劣。壞境不好不壞。衞生十分堪憂。 建議培訓一下人員,簡直在趕客。 總結:下次都不會再去了。

很差,門縫很大冷風一直進來,晚上睡覺暖氣開了一點也不暖,很冷,加上空調聲音巨大。衞生很差,哪裡都沒清理乾淨,被子有污漬,發黴,完全不敢蓋。廁所門也關不上。花灑一開始也壞的,最後自己修好了!!

好朋友推薦的説是家鄉景點,碰巧我要回汕頭看外婆先來普寧走走,看了評論一開始很擔心,後來我感覺還好,的確衞生問題需要加強…布草發黃有污漬,地板孩子跑一會腳板就黑了…酒店設施比較老舊沒關係但是衞生條件要好。

選的3人套房,非常差,入住前台態度差,晚上半夜一點,樓上還在頻繁拖動椅子,高跟鞋走路,大聲喧嘩,然後浴缸防水,隔音很差。無法入睡,大人小孩都沒睡好。打電話給前台,表示要處理,沒處理,樓上繼續吵鬧,第二次電話前台,直接沒接電話。入住按金給的紙幣,走的時候説按金會微信原路退回。 沒有一次性拖鞋,沒有一次性紙杯,刷牙的杯子估計一直複用沒有消毒。房間裏沒有礦泉水。 沒住過這麼糟糕的酒店。

入住温泉木屋,房間比較舊,床鋪有股“老舊”的味道,忍忍的話勉強能行。房間廁所好暗,燈不夠。温泉池數量有十幾二十個吧,還是有挺多的,但不知道是不是真温泉。 比較偏僻、附近沒什麼吃的。

感覺房間好久沒人住一樣,滿地樹葉樹枝,3小時花了半小時清潔,,,房間也是感覺好陳舊,,不太乾淨,,打開衣櫃發現裏面的棉被臟死了,浴袍也不太乾淨,,,房間沒有一次性拖鞋,,塑料拖鞋發出一股臭味,,,不敢用,還好車間有拖鞋,,,主要位置比較偏僻,,
