Hotel breakfast and dining is good. Room quality is awesome. Wifi also has reasonable speed. I got the room on the top floor. Water flow is less in the bathroom. I checked with my team mate who stayed on the 6th floor which has a reasonable flow of water. Need to improve the water flow in the top floor.

The rooms very very good, the staff was also quick and efficient the restaurant needs to improve, food is average the restaurant hygiene was not upto the mark and felt that it could have been much better.

For business it's perfect place in heart of Chakan, and with family excellant facility. Dinner menu and tast can be better. Couteois staff. They should provide shuttle to nearest location as service.

Had a wonderful experience in the hotel.We had a birthday party at the banquet hall in the hotel. The staff was one of the best I've ever seen. The hospitality, the cleanliness, the arrangements was perfect and it couldn't be better. I would surely recommend this to everyone. The arrangements done by Mr. Sachin Lande and his team was good and was highly appreciated by everyone.

We were a group of 10 and stayed here for 3 nights for an event nearby. As far as location is concerned, it is right in the heart of Chakan and very close to renowned companies and industries. The service was good. Food during both breakfast and dinner time was good. There was a lot of variety in the buffet. Sachin, the food and beverages manager was always around checking on the guests and their needs. The entire staff at Pier One was very helpful and alert to the guests’ needs. Mamta, at the front office was very helpful. Moii at the spa was good too. Thank you Team Monarch! We recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chakan!

As per our booking, two meals (one breakfast and one major meal) were included, but @ 10:45 we were told that dinner had finished, only 'pulav' is available which you need to pay extra for. We were hungry and we needed to do so. The additional amount we paid for 'pulav' of inr 1000- should be reimbursed.

It was an unforgettable and bad experience at the Hotel. We booked 3 rooms for our company colleagues from the Kurtz Ersa India, Bangalore team. When we landed at Pune airport early morning hours on 29th November, despite booking one month back and having confirmation vouchers we were told that rooms were not available for us. After 1.5 hours of discussion, we got only 2 rooms for 29th Nov night. As a parallel arrangement, I was put in another Hotel. The make-shift arrangement Hotel was not more than a lodge. I could not sleep that night. I regret our decision to choose Hotel Monarch for the stay in Chakan. We had planned to choose Monarch's conference halls for our future seminars but will never consider them again. I will never recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT

Stay is good, as this is a 4* property but hair dryer, hand towel not available in washroom rest all perfect.
