The location is great. It’s near 大久保 and 新宿 station. There are some bus stops as well. The service is acceptable since they only clean the rooms every four days. The facilities are quite nice as the room is spacious and is equipped with a kitchenette.

Stayed here for 2 nights. 2 adults and 2 children age 12 & 9x they gave us family room with private washing machine. 500£/night. I would say i will not recommend as the price is not good value. Cleaner will only cleanup on the 4th night of your stay. Internet is pretty bad at other room except living room & bedroom. Lots of restos nearby, drugstore, beauty parlour, massage, walking distance to shin okuba station. The area is full of immigrants and foreigner if thats not your style 😉

The room was smelt badly. We reported the issue and a guy from Nepal came to assist us. But he denied any problem. I told him that the ventinations were not working. Even when he found these ventilations didn't exhusted air but blew in air. He said it was designed as it is. He still did some cleaning of the drains and spayed a lot of air fresher. It's better. But it was not fixed properly. In the midnight, the bad smell came again. It's bad experience. The worst is we had another 2 booking of this hotel which were not cancelable already. it's really stressed.

The room was very nice! It was above our expectations and worked very well for our family of 6. The hotel desk staff we friendly and extremely helpful, even tried to help recover one of our kids' lost cell phone on a train. Definitely recommend this location!

Our stay at Hundred Stay Tokyo Shinjuku was outstanding. It offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and value. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5 to 10-minute walk from Ōkubo Station on the JR Chūō-Sōbu Line, making it easy to explore Tokyo, including Shinjuku and Harajuku. The surrounding area has various local restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets for daily needs. Despite being centrally located, the neighborhood is quiet and offers a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation after a busy day. While the walk may be less ideal for those with heavy luggage, it's generally manageable. The rooms at Hundred Stay are spacious and well-designed for Tokyo. Our studio apartment had a small kitchenette and was exceptionally clean. The compact bathroom was functional, with a separate shower and bathtub, which was great for families needing to use the facilities at once. The service at Hundred Stay was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. Hundred Stay provides great value with spacious rooms and amenities like a kitchenette and washing machine, all at an affordable rate near Shinjuku.

We had a very good stay in this hotel. The location is great. Just takes 2-3 mins to walk to subway station. The front desk staffs are great especially Liu and Jhou who are very helpful. Room is clean and spacious as compared with other hotels in Shinjuku. They provide free stroller as long as you reserve in advance. This is very convenient for us. It would be nice if they can provide breakfast.

Everything was satisfactory. It was quite spacious of a Japanese hotel. It is very near to Okubo Station which is just one station away from Shibuya. Since we arrived here from Fujikawaguchiko via Shinjuku Station and we went for a day trip to Kamakura also via Shinjuku Station, it was very convenient. Close to halal eateries as well. The room was very clean and we love the comfy bed especially. We also had a free view of Fuji Mount from our room!

Good location there's halal restaurants and marts nearby. 5 mins walk to nearby JR metro station. Only downside is the checkout time is too early.

Perfect place for transportation, one stop away from Shinjuku. Lots of place to eat near by. Spacious rooms and looks very new.

Near train station good if u go a lot outbound. Clean and newer than expected. Good for short stay.

The hotel gave me a free upgraded room so we’ve got the bigger room and we also got an early check in ! Best service hotel ever!

nice area, not very crowd but very convenient, there is not much facilities in the hotel but good enough for city travel.
