Elegant Azure Hotel Reviews

Hotel is located near the Chengdu railway station. Room was normal with basic amenities but bedsheet was dirty. Spoke to hotel staff and they mentioned it’s being changed already. Only till the next day, approached the front desk and remind to specifically changed the bedsheet then they did so. Wifi details is placed only outside lift lobby and hotel staff mentioned it’s not advisable to use as it’s connection is not strong.

Everything needed can be found around the hotel, it’s has good reception and the amenities are very much comfortable

The hotel is very close to the east railway station, about 5mins walk. The room is pretty and elegant. We got the room facing the train railways, amazing view and not noisy. Breakfast is good with various options.

Good location, friendly staffs, great breakfast

We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location, very close to Chengdu East Railway Station. The room itself was comfortable, modern, and extremely clean. The breakfast had plenty of choices. Overall great value for money. I regret staying only one night in Chengdu.

Very comfortable, very well located close to the station. The breakfast was great and staff very helpful. However being close to the train station makes it quite noisy.

Second time I stayed here because it's great value for money and so close to the train station with a good choice for breakfast and comfy rooms. Only problem this time I was on a smoking floor and opposite the lift so noisy people came during the night and awoke me on different occasions. The wait for the lift in the morning was too long; already 10 minutes and still didn't stop so I had to take the stairs down from the 8th floor with luggage.

The first room was very bad and had the smell of smoke so I had to talk to the manager. The second room was an upgraded room on the 6th floor but oddly enough, the BED smelled like smoke (sheets, pillows, everything). So then we had to change rooms for a final time, where everything was finally okay. But the first room was really a problem. There were weird dust balls and it activated my dust allergies. I also saw a lot of long hair on the ground. I don't think they vacuumed that room. Thankfully, the general manager is very caring and also understands that guests may not like the smell of smoke, so she worked very hard to find me a new room.

Very nice hotel, close to many eateries and walking distance to railway station.

Great location, walking distance to train station with luggage friendly. Front desk and door man security is helpful to ensure our didi driver pick us up at correct location. He even went to main road to ensure this. Overall it's a great hotel except housekeeping need to be improved. Our bedrooms sleeping are full of long hair sticking on the slippers ...(both of us are very short hair)

Very nice hotel. Close to Chengdu East railway station. Helpful staff. Clean room. Good bathroom facilities. Comfortable bed, had good sleep. Highly recommend 👍

The most impressive part was the food, the breakfast was awesome and diverse. The location is not too far from the east train station. The room was big and elegant as the name said.

Good value hotel, rooms are a bit small but great location with very easy access to Chengdu Dong station. We had an early train so decided to stay close to the station, if in Chengdu for a bit longer recommend staying closer to center of town (maybe around Taikoo Li).

This room is quiet comparing to that facing the high speed railway. But one of the light cannot be turned on. The hotel is not as close to Chengdu East station as it looks like in the map. You have to walk a lot after getting off the subway / high speed train to the exit of the station.
