"I really enjoyed the hotel services, and the views were great. The facilities like the swimming pool, gym, sauna, and steam room made the stay even better. I especially loved the pool—we even had it all to ourselves at night, which made it a truly beautiful experience. However, I felt that the 150 baht charge for having our luggage taken from the lobby to the second floor (via lift) was quite expensive. It was also a bit disappointing that no one came to assist with the luggage in the morning. Aside from that, everything else was very good."

"This is my second time here, and this time I came for a staycation as a birthday gift to myself. The hotel prepared a ”Birthday Day Surprise” decorations in the room — two greeting cards, flower petals arranged on the bed spelling ”Happy Birthday,” and an adorable gift: a traditional Thai-style elephant plush. I was truly impressed because I only casually mentioned my birthday in the special requests, but they went all out to make it special. I feel so happy and touched by their attention to detail toward guests. I really want to recommend this place — it’s a beautiful pool villa hotel that feels private, peaceful, and wellness-oriented. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with lots of greenery and decorated in a resort style that I think is the best in Bangkok. If you like small-scale hotels that feel like a pool villa getaway in the provinces, this is definitely a hidden gem in BKK. It’s close to On Nut BTS, and the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the station. If you drive, there’s plenty of safe parking. The service is excellent — the staff are friendly and service-minded. Breakfast is premium and unlike anywhere else: a combination of à la carte and buffet. This time, I ordered the truffle eggs Benedict, which was delicious and freshly made. The swimming pool is of a good standard size — great for exercising or just relaxing and chilling. The bed is very comfortable, and all amenities are provided — you basically just need to bring your clothes. The TV comes with Netflix and YouTube, and for those with kids, there are three friendly, super cute pariah dogs that welcome guests. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a truly relaxing getaway with a cozy atmosphere."

"We had the two bedroom suite. The room was spacious and clean. Looked just like the photos. There were two nice grocery stores just 20 meters away. Too bad that there were no street vendors around in the alley. Easy to find taxi or motorcycle taxi. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Our only hiccup was during check-in. The room wasn’t ready for us when we arrived so we had to wait for nearly 90 minutes. They gave us breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience."

"The hotel facility is good, and its location is conveniently near the BTS station, which was very convenient for traveling in Bangkok. However, the breakfast quality has slightly deteriorated compared to what I had a month ago."

"Excellent very big rooms, a good location if you plan to visit Bankok but excellent location if you ”fed up from Bankok attractions”, quit place, restaurants and excellent super market with food court 5 minutes walk and starbucks 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel"

"All the staff at the hotel were excellent! We would like to give a special thanks to Miss SAI, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. She upgraded our room, and we had a wonderful stay. Mr. Peeh was also fantastic — he taught us how to get to our sightseeing points and helped arrange our taxi to the airport. The room itself is very spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. While the hotel is not within walking distance to the MRT or BTS Skytrain, they provide a  convenient shuttle service to both Asok and Nana Stations. It is a good choice to choose this hotel"

It's very easy to get around, and the staff provide good service."

"I had a wonderful stay at SILQ Hotel and would highly recommend it. The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. One detail I loved was the scent; the room smelled amazing every time I returned from the heat outside—it felt like a true sanctuary. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond, helping us with our needs and even coordinating with our Grab drivers to ensure everything went smoothly. The food on-site was also delicious! The only minor thing to note is that it isn’t right next to the BTS (about a 7-10 minute walk), but the quality of the stay makes that walk totally worth it. Definitely a 5-star experience!"

"Nice and clean and there's good food in the restaurant on the ground floor. The mattress is firm but ok. But the pillows are extremely hard and think, very uncomfortable. Having a big fridge was helpful."

"Facilities: Very complete, everything you could need is there, including a coffee machine and a mini-fridge. The only minor drawback is the lack of a microwave, but I guess a hotel like this doesn't really need one, haha. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. They even left a little bedtime dessert in the evening, which was a lovely touch – full marks! Environment: The pool is definitely the biggest selling point and it really is beautiful, even better than the pictures. The landscaping is perfectly designed, giving it a real tropical vibe. Service: Friendly and welcoming. I personally didn't experience any discriminatory treatment; they treated everyone, both local and international guests, with the same warmth."
