The reception asked us to leave our passports with him for registration. When we refused and said we could wait, his attitude immediately worsened. The actual registration process only took about five minutes.

We loved the hotel and the guy who checked us in, very friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect, close to the center, but in a quiet area. Highly recommended.

We, 2 adults and 2 children, stayed in a 2-room suite.
The room is quite big and has a patio.
The bathroom is also big.
A hotel with a history of more than 100 years, a bit old, but decent, in the Jewish Quarter, next to the luxury brand street.
Breakfast included

Resepsiyondaki BİLLY muhteşem bir insan. Odalarda su bile olmaması kötü, konum tatmin edici. Genel olarak fiyat performans oteli.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Prague. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the exceptionally kind and professional staff at the reception, who made us feel welcome and at home right away. The hotel itself was spotless, with every detail carefully attended to, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout our stay. The rooms were beautifully maintained, and it was evident that cleanliness is a top priority for the staff.

The location was very good for us, we walked everywhere. It’s a few blocks to the Old Town square. It’s also easy to get to the castle. The staff was kind. The breakfast had good choices. Overall our stay was nice. We had enough room and the beds were good.

We had the most beautiful time at the hotel on our family vacation. staff were kind friendly and helpful , the location is amazing , walking distance from all attractions but very quiet streets not crowded or noisy. Billy contacted us before we arrived to make sure if there is anything we need and made our stay there feel homie. Highly recommend

I stayed in a hotel recently. the rooms are very nice and the location of the hotel is excellent, these are the only positive things... despite this the rooms are very dirty. the carpet is full of dust, the beds, even with clean sheets, were found full of hair (I attach photos). the staff is incompetent and rude, a superior and aggressive attitude towards the customer prevails, in fact when the reception was asked to remedy the dirt on the bed there was no immediate attempt and the problem was solved only the next day . little food and at unworkable times for a family going on holiday to rest.

went on a school trip. they stole your keys and then kept them and asked you for money back. the food was not good, raw and very salty pasta. hard meat and you had to chew it a lot to swallow it. With this I can close because this thing is already serious.

This is a nice hotel with a very interesting history! Located in Old Town Prague it is well located to visit the sites in Old Town Prague and the castle. Our room was a tad small but comfortable. The only drawback was the tub was very deep and hard to get in and out of. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant are small but efficient. I suggest this hotel if you are visiting old town.

I chose this hotel because I went to a concert in the Rudolfinum in the evening and I needed accommodation near that place. So I chose Caruso because this hotel met the condition of being close to Rudolfinum and at the same time it was located in a quiet area without intense traffic under the windows. I had somewhat mixed feelings about staying at this small hotel. There were things that were perfectly fine, but then there were also a few things that made my stay somewhat unpleasant. I'll start with what was okay. - check in and check out was fast and without any problems - both receptionists I came in contact with were very nice - the pleasant ambience of the hotel, the walls were decorated with reproductions of Mucha's paintings and it looked great - the bed was comfortable - the breakfast was sufficient, the ambience of the restaurant was very pleasant. The restaurant was located in the basement, there were nice brick vaults (probably original) And now what wasn't quite right. - very slow internet that often dropped out - there was no socket by the bed. There were actually no sockets anywhere on the wall. I found the only free one under the table. - the tap in the bathroom was dripping, the taps were so tight that I almost couldn't turn them - the rooms on the upper floors probably didn't have this problem, but since my room was located on the ground floor just a short distance from the reception, I heard all the noise from the lobby: people coming back and talking at night, chairs being shuffled, doors slamming, at seven in the morning vacuuming the hallway - in addition, in the evening you could hear music in my room, it was so loud, like a disco. The noise was quite strong, it seemed to me that only the wall of my room separated me from this discotheque. However, before midnight this music stopped and the night was quiet.
