Fantastic Hotel loved the suites with views

The best experience ever! Big thank you to the hotel for all the kindness and attention. Will definitely come back. The room was spacious and very beautiful with all necessary amenities. There is a valet service for the car, just come directly to the hotel and the stuff will help you to park the car, parking fee is 41€ per day. The breakfast just amazing, delicious and a lot of choices. 10 stars for this hotel!

Second stay here. Fantastic location, easy access to the famous spots. Also reasonable price compare to others. But my stays there was not as good as last time. Because my room was near to service lift and emergency exit, so a little bit noisy in the early morning because housekeeping/service staffs and corridor was really bright even in the night which you can see in the room.

The hotel is located very close to the Old Town square and the Powder gate. We enjoyed the stay and the service was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and the staffs are kind and happy to help.

The location for sightseeing in the city was great! The air conditioning worked well, but I couldn't turn it off, so it was cold.

The hotel is quaint and beautiful, and most of the attractions are nearby. The front counter staff provided very good service, allowing us to check in early. When we got off the bus and entered the hotel, the staff took the initiative to help with our luggage, making us feel very at home. The room is also very good, but the facilities are relatively old and the mattress is relatively soft, which may be a little difficult for Chinese people to get used to. Although the breakfast has few choices, it is good quality and can provide you with what you need. The service of the restaurant staff is also very good. They also give you free chocolate when you check out. It will still be your first choice when you come to Prague next time.

This hotel is of very good quality and is a high-end hotel. Its facilities are not only complete but also luxurious. The room is clean and the furniture is of a high standard! The breakfast is rich in variety, with Spanish ham and smoked salmon, a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices, and all kinds of delicious food! The hardware is good, the software is even better, the staff serves with a smile, very sincere and enthusiastic, which gives me a great and warm feeling! The hygiene conditions are very good and spotless! The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the Old Town Square and almost zero distance from the core scenic spots.
