Very good, will continue to stay here. The service is very good, full marks for details. What touched me most was that I had afternoon tea one day and put water on the bedside table on the left side of the bed. When I returned to the hotel at night, I found that the snacks, water and slippers before bed were all placed on the left side for me. This kind of small details is so touching. The breakfast waiter can remember my daily food preferences and drinks, and can also remember my name. It's really great. The bathroom is large and clean. The view of dinner is also great, the view on the top floor is unique, and the dinner chef is very good.

Our whole family agrees that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in! 1. The location is excellent, just across the wall from the castle, and it takes only 5 minutes to get to the castle from the middle road. It's a pity that the option of entering the castle directly from the back door was no longer available last year, otherwise it would be even more invincible 2. It was the most satisfying experience during my trip to Prague. The accommodation was the best and I was happy, even more than the famous tourist attractions. Out of the 3 nights, I canceled one day and went on a vacation! When I first checked in, the desk staff was so kind! I still remember it. The welcome fruit was so good, the room was clean, the service was good, and I was satisfied. In particular, the wide open view outside the window was so enchanting! You can see Prague at a glance! And be sure to request breakfast~ The breakfast restaurant view is so good, the menu is well-presented, and it's delicious! When I travel, I think accommodation is the most important. The hotel is not easy to find. It is hidden in a dead end in the castle area. It is tiring to carry luggage. However, as soon as you enter the small door of the hotel, wet towels and orange juice are brought to you immediately. Although there are some minor troubles, the waiters are still very reasonable and quality. It is relatively high, but I would like to remind everyone that children over 6 years old are required to pay an extra bed fee of 65 euros per night, including breakfast, which is not cheap. The staff service is great. The cleaning is clean and the breakfast is really good. You can choose the breakfast menu and it's all good!! I received cleaning service twice, lunch and dinner. There are room slippers and bathrobes! When I left later, they called a taxi for me and the service was perfect. I totally recommend it!

I was still so moved when I met Prague again. It was so beautiful that I forgot to take photos of the hotel. The hotel is located in an old house deep in an alley. It has an irregular shape. Every part of the hotel is decorated with great care, beauty and elegance. The rooms all have different sizes and shapes. The bedroom we stayed in was not very big, but the bathroom was very large and there was a small room in the middle. There is a large wardrobe and table for luggage, which is very comfortable. The hotel reception is also very good, very old-school and thoughtful. The luggage guy is young and sincere. He waited outside the room for a long time to pick up the luggage. Breakfast was good. The disadvantage is that the car has to park in the small square outside the hotel. It is more than 50 meters away from the hotel on a gravel road. If you check in, you can go to the hotel and call the waiter first.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The hardware of the hotel is also good. In the ancient castle, the breakfast room is on the 4th floor, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Prague. The hotel also provides tickets for the ancient castle, afternoon tea (unfortunately there is no chance to taste it) with snacks, opening beds, and toiletries are my favorite London brands. The service is really attentive. The son's flight at 6 o'clock in the morning, the hotel prepared sandwiches, fruit, yogurt at 3 o'clock, and the housekeeper drove the car from the parking lot to the vicinity of the hotel. When we returned, the butler drove back to the parking lot. We checked out and left our luggage at the front desk, went shopping nearby, and when we returned, the luggage was already in the car. Highly recommended, plan to stay again on the next wedding anniversary with my husband!
