The Hotel was excellent, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and had a good selection to suit all dietary requirements. Breakfast was served up to 11:00am so even late risers had time for breakfast. The breakfast staff were very good and attentive. The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were comfortable if a little on the small side but more than adequate for a three night stay. The location was a little out of the way for most of the tourist sites and not too many restaurants or bars were close by. Trams were very close by if you didn't want the initial walk to get somewhere. We didn't use them as we wanted to get our step counter working and we did get a lot of steps in. I would recommend this hotel for it's cleanliness, friendliness and the excellent breakfast

The service was good too. I felt good because they were friendly. The room was clean, but it was uncomfortable because the sink didn't drain well. It was convenient because the tram stop and bus stop were nearby, and the supermarket was also nearby. Breakfast was also delicious.

Every time I come to the Czech Republic, I live here. It is a distance from the city center. The breakfast buffet has salmon, which is very rich. Turn left at the gate and there is a supermarket next to the bank on the street. The big beds here are double and single.

Another lovely stay. The rooms are well equipped and clean, the bed is very comfortable. Lovely views on the balcony. Breakfast is all tasty and lots of choice. The location is great as is in the new town and quieter but a short distance on the tram to the busier areas. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you again!

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel and liked it very much. We had a superior room with balcony and found it very quiet, our room was above the front entrance so not on the street where the trams pass so that helped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. After arrival I asked at Reception if we could have a kettle in our room as well as the Nespresso machine and one was brought to us before breakfast the next morning. The breakfasts served are a real strong point, a very good selection of food all nicely presented and very fresh. We could request eggs cooked to order, and there was some variety each day in the cut fruit and cheeses served. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and efficient, used plates were cleared away immediately and they were constantly restocking items on the buffet. The whole hotel was very clean too. The only thing we would have preferred as far as our room was concerned would have been a walk in shower rather than a bathtub with a shower above. as we don't find it easy to climb into and out of a bathtub these days. The breakfast room is rather small for the size of the hotel and the tables closer together than we would have liked. The wifi could be patchy at times, obviously when a lot of guests were using it at once. But these are only small points and overall we were very happy with the hotel and the location which was convenient for public transport, shops and restaurants.

Everything about this BW is top notch. Jiří has been extremely helpful, from replying to my emails a month out from our trip to guiding us during our stay. Rooms are spotless, breakfast is beautifully presented and the staff keeps everything stocked and clean. I’m stay at BW often, this ranks in the top 3.

We enjoyed an excellent stay in this lovely hotel close to the centre of Prague. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. We particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the air conditioning. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of food available, including a large number of healthy options

Enjoyed our stay at Best Western Moran hotel which is located in a safe, quiet location within 1KM of Prague city centre. Additionally 5-7 mins walk to the Vlatava river which has a rich array of bars, restaurants, boat tours, water sports & lovely flea market on a Saturday morning and afternoon. Prague is within walking range along with bus & tram stops with 2-3 mins of the hotel. The tram service is affordable, clean , frequent & safe for our tourists to use with confidence. First class service. The hotel is clean with spacious rooms with bath & shower facilities. We opted for a superior room with balcony. The hotel staff are polite, professional and respectful ready to answer questions about Prague & transport links. Breakfast offers a rich menu with options for vegetarians and vegans along with variety of meats, cheese and cereals complimented with coffee, tea & fruit juices. Served from 07.00hrs to 11.00hrs daily. There is also an option you can order custom orders such as pancakes & omelettes which are excellent.

Always reliable, we have kept going back for 30 years. It is well placed near Charles Square in Nove Mesto, close to the Metro and tram systems, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The staff are very efficient and friendly, going out of their way to help. If you like a buffet breakfast, you won't be disappointed, with a range of hot and cold dishes, plenty of healthy options, and beaming smiles from the two ladies who keep the restaurant running so smoothly. Rooms vary according to price but all are comfortable with good facilities. There is also a very strong green ethos, so no fiddly little bottles of toiletries, just big sizes of nice quality products so no waste.

An excellent hotel option for easy access to most parts of Prague centre. Nice and quiet location despite tram services being nearby. A friendly and welcoming team and good breakfast options. Drinking and dining options are within easy reach. Rooms are clean, well equipped and warm (outdoor temperatures were well below freezing during our stay).

Funnily enough, the pillows were very fluffy, and the duvet. We had a lovely cityscape view, with the castle in the background. Great location, for walking and public transport. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, we had a great stay.Great location

Stayed here during our recent visit to Prague. Finalised this place after a lot of research and we were looking a lot of other hotels and finally chanced upon this one. It’s a small place tucked away from the crowd. Quiet and peaceful location and a beautiful corner building. Check in was smooth and cannot complain about the service. A bit cold, but nothing wrong with the staff. For some strange reason they could give us only one key card though we were three of us. Breakfast was good. You also have an option of choosing from few set menus. We are vegetarians and we found the breakfast spread fairly good. Staff at the breakfast were extremely helpful and highly service oriented. The hotel is close to many eateries. There is an Italian place right opposite the hotel. There is an Indian restaurant 500 meters away from the hotel. There are super markets and ATMs in the vicinity. This hotel is close to all public transport. Bus/Trams/Metro stations are within few minutes of walking distance. Overall good place to stay and will definitely recommend for travelers.

We were really pleased that we booked this hotel for our 4 night stay in Prague. We booked a small double room, which was beside the lift doors, but it wasn't a problem. It was lovely, facing in to a courtyard, and very quiet. The room was comfortable, nice bed, L'Or coffee machine (and herbal tea bags) fridge, tv etc. Breakfast was excellent, we loved the variety of foods on offer, both international and local. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Tram stops and metro station are very close. Getting here from the airport was easy, we used the 100 bus to get to Zlicin metro terminus and then Line B direct to Karlovo Namesti. Both services run every few minutes. If you leave the metro by exit 10 (the lift) from the station, you come out on to the street about 25 metres from the hotel! The hotel is close to the New Town Hall, the river and the Fred and Ginger building.

Recently stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed it. We arrived at our hotel at 11am and were pleasantly surprised our room was ready. The room was quite small but had everything we needed including a safe, fridge, tea coffee facilities and hairdryer. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. You could also request omelettes etc to be freshly cooked. There is lots of bars and restaurants close by, it was a 20 minute walk into the old town so we tended to stay out all day rather than walk back to go out again. All staff were very pleasant and would recommend it.
