The excellent breakfast on the beautiful terrace was breathtakingly beautiful ☀️👌 The check-in was very friendly and competent. The rooms were 4****, although only the towels were changed daily... The hotel has a very large, beautiful pool area, but the cleanliness of the women's restroom (no soap, etc.) left a lot to be desired. Of the three restrooms, only one was usable; one was locked, and one couldn't be locked... But despite these "shortcomings," we had a wonderful time, and we'd love to come back!☀️

Better use your money elswere. The rooms were not cleaned properly, they never replaced the shower gel or shampoo that was used. At breakfast or dinner always something went wrong od they run out of something or a machine didn't work. Fitness is a room with 2 machines. And the spa they clean without cleaners, just water and the same cloth for everything. I don't even wanna think about the fungus and bacteria all around.. and yes.. the hotel and anexxe is falling apart slowly. Also the personell looks (with 2 exceptions I met) like they don't care about anything..

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel itself is clean but a bit outdated. It's a 10min walk away from the bigger tourist center in Portoroz. We had unfortunately a room on the side of the hotel (not facing the sea) and there where big trees in front so you couldn't really see much. The big pool near the beach is nice. The pools from the metropole hotel are in need of some renovation. There where a lot of lose tiles and you can see there was a lot of wear on the pools already. Also the whirlpools are all out of service. The breakfast is nice, there's a lot of choice

This hotel claims to be smoke free and yet customers are smoking by the pool and life guard says nothing. The pool by the beach is showing wear and tear.

We went for a 4 day trip in summer to the Remisens casa Rosa Hotel, and booked a half board for 2 rooms/ 3 persons. Even though the location and view from the hotel are very nice, there is no way this can be classified as a four star or five star hotel. We booked two rooms. The rooms were not properly cleaned but just in the “necessary” superficial way. After wiping everything down on our own, the wipes were dirty and dark. The walls in the hotel were dirty. There were spots on the wall from some strange liquid substances right next to the bed. In one of the rooms the bathroom was full of fungus. The power outlet in one of the rooms was falling out of the wall. The A/C worked great for the heat, but also made strange rattling sounds throughout the night. The garage costs 20 euros per night. (In our reservation email it said it would be 14 euros) the spaces are very narrow. There is no way to get from the garage to the hotel directly. You have to take two elevators and walk through numerous pathways which is not the best activity in the summer heat. There is no way to reach the beach directly from the pool. You have to walk through the entire pool area, and walk around it in order to get into the ocean. The pool is located directly at the beach. There seems to have been a door from the pool fence in the past, since there is also a direct pathway leading to the ocean, but it is blocked by sunbeds now. The pool has rust in it which is very unappealing. The pool should be for hotel guests only, but there are many people from the outside as well, since nobody really cares to check if the guests are hotel guests or not. The people at the desk were more concerned with their phones than checking entrance cards. Breakfast and dinner are up to standard, even though the prices of the beverages at dinner are ridiculous. 3 euros for 0,5litres of water, which costs 0,50 euros in the shop 100 meters away. The staff is friendly but overwhelmed and understaffed. We will for sure, not be returning.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We booked rooms with sea view. Panorama was amazing! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We were staying in 4* Casa Rosa but we can use all the facilities in 5* Metropol hotel. Food was very delicious with wide selection of breakfast and dinner. Parking in the underground garage is 20€ daily. (2024) It s a shame there is no discount for hotel guests.

located at small town with lovely people and not too crowded, this hotel offers everything you need for a vacation. Great hotel with excellent food. The rooms are nice and clean. The view from our room was magical. Pools are great, but the best part of this trip was food at hotel!

Wonderful Hotel with super Team! We are so happy to visit this beautiful country. I would like to say thanks to all Team in breakfast area, especially Svetlana. The territory is very green, very silent ! The seaside is not so far away, and I would like to reccomend Monti beach for dogs!

I recommend the rooms with a sea view and a small harbor view. The air conditioning is also much better. Clean, comfortable, and bright. Much better than the Hotel Metropol, with which they share a restaurant. Breakfast is excellent, but dinner is a little less varied. More room service is needed. A single baggage handler is not enough.

Renovated hotel with spacious rooms and a decent balcony. It's worth mentioning that this hotel is completely dependent on the 5-star Metropolitan, located next door. The breakfast buffet is adequate, but we found the dinner buffet to be quite poor (with little variety). Furthermore, it's incomprehensible that at a dinner buffet, you have to pay for all drinks, including water (since there's no water dispenser or fountain). It's also worth mentioning that both elevators in Casa Rosa were broken, and no one was doing anything there. Regarding parking, there's a public parking lot located right below the hotel, but it's a maze to reach by elevator—€20/day. The best thing about the hotel, without a doubt, is the outdoor pool next to the sea.

Initial problem with room not yet cleaned, after two hours the staff gave us another, nicer room. The Metropolitan is the reference structure, 5 stars in decline, poor staff who try to do their job as best as possible. The result is a poor 2-star breakfast, for the rest it went very well for us because we were looking for a semi-deserted swimming pool, very respectful and silent natives, impossible to find better in the mid-August area. We will go there again but we know beforehand that it is not a 4 or 5 star structure

Paid €380.00 for two nights, parking not included, cost €20 per day, room on the first floor with garden view, empty mini-bar, paid outdoor swimming pool, the first night the rooms were not arranged, the second night they knocked at 7, 45 to redo the room. Although the hotel is in an excellent position and the rooms are large, it is absolutely not worth the money we spent. The breakfast at the metropol was good on the first morning, on the second morning at 8.30 we didn't find anything, we had to wait for the tables to be replenished.

Freundliches Hotelpersonal.
