Very bad internet, I had to use 5G to have a meeting because the hotel's internet didn't even load the Google page because it was so slow, both on the computer and on the cell phone. The bed and especially the pillows were uncomfortable.

The hotel is very well located, the coffee has a variety of delicious options, the Wi-Fi didn't work well on the 11th floor.

Terrible hotel... first they couldn't find my reservation, it took 20 minutes. After they informed the website that there was free parking... then they said it was paid (36.00) 3 blocks from the hotel. The room was dirty and the air conditioning was noisy, it was difficult with a baby. At breakfast... they simply ran out of coffee... the only option was milk with chocolate powder. Rude staff

The hotel is well located and provides a good breakfast, however the room we stayed in has few sockets, it is very hot because the air does not cool the entire room even though it is small.

Old room, peeling walls, old minibar that doesn't work, filthy air conditioning, bathroom with dirty and clogged sink, dirty entrance door to the apartment and horrible appearance and the worst: the ad said it was 1.8 km from the hotel when in fact it is 8 km away! In short, the hotel is simply horrible!

It's a budget room... just for the night. The receptionist's service was great!
