Nice hotel and we liked it

The overall experience is very good. The environment, the food and the staff are nice except for kit, e.g. toothbrush is out of stock.

Lexus was tight on rooms, so the hotel transferred us to a five-star hotel on the other side of the river. Great👍, rich breakfast, upgraded to a suite, good location, next to the Blue Penny Museum, surrounded by commercial facilities. Good. Toiletries Bulgari👍👍👍

The hotel is not really up to 4-star standards... very average service... very average food, dishes are too repetitive and very little choice... a shame because the hotel is good. There is room for improvement in terms of reception and service...

There is no advantage except that it is close to the port. There are stairs at night and you can't sleep at two or three o'clock in the morning. It is strongly not recommended to choose

The room is very clean and the surrounding environment is also very good, but the front desk service is a bit slow.

Very pleasant setting, clean rooms, attentive staff.

The hotel is nice, but going out is a bit inconvenient. The bridge will be closed in the morning and evening, and you have to wait for the shuttle bus.
