Very poor service. There is no reception and no one to answer your questions and it is very difficult to find the hotel but the view from hotel is good. Washrooms were dirty.

Perfect accommodation for a city trip to Pisa. Beautiful, old building very centrally located. Sights, city and places to eat are all within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out without contact with staff - no problems at all. Brief contact with staff over time, very friendly! I had a large room with a balcony and a direct view of the Arno. Everything was very clean! Small coffee and tea station in the hallway for free use. Thank you for the great stay during my trip to Pisa!

The lack of a counter is a big flaw, because I didn’t receive the email the hotel sent me, and I didn’t know how to get into the room. Fortunately, I met other travelers who took me up, but some travelers looked unhappy with me and asked me to leave the public area. , I refused and continued to contact the hotel owner. It felt bad to be kicked out. There was nothing wrong with it. The room was also large and very clean.

Inexpensive apartments. There is a table where you can work on your laptop. The bathroom is shared. Good location. Ascetic and inexpensive.
