The rooms are really good. You might have to change the tram twice to reach the center. Staff is very friendly and tries to help you in every situation.

This Ibis maintains the style and certain accommodation quality of the chain business hotels. 1. The location is very close to the exhibition hall, but because we stayed there for 4 consecutive nights and walked to and from the city center of Cologne Cathedral every day, we later felt that it was a bit far from the areas where tourists often go shopping and sightseeing. Friends who come here for "pure tourism" are recommended to give priority to Ibis near Cologne Cathedral. 2. There is no bottled water, kettle, coffee bags, etc. provided in the room, but the front desk said that the water from the bathroom tap is drinkable. 3. There is a restaurant on the first floor. The food is delicious but you have to pay to eat. 4. There is no fixed cleaning time in the morning or afternoon, which sometimes affects our travel schedule.

It's a shame that the location is a bit out of the way, but the neighborhood was quiet and nice.
