Had a terrible cover that was iron burnt. Hair strand on the bed. No warmth….poor breakfast…. I wish I took pictures but you know better. The duvet cover in room 205!!!

Worst experience of my life!! I booked a double room and they gave me a single saying that I came to check in too late so they sold my room because they thought I wasn’t coming… they told me they will make a partial refund to apologize and they never did. I paid for buffet breakfast and they only have a coffee machine and croissants, that’s a buffet????

More or less clean hotel, good amenities and bad service.. there is a good restaurant and a McDonald's nearby.

Very well located establishment for a departure to Orly. But the hotel needs a real refresh and especially soundproofing of the windows.

If you only consider the cost-effectiveness, it is the best accommodation. It is suitable for staying in Hiroo while transiting through Orly Airport. However, I felt that it was inconvenient to go to downtown Paris during my 4-day stay. The shuttle bus stop is about 100m away from the hotel, so it may vary depending on the individual. They cleaned the room every day, and only 2 towels were provided every day, so I asked the front desk for one more every day. The room size is small, so it may be inconvenient for travelers with multiple large suitcases.

We made a reservation for two people, but the staff kindly gave us a room for three people. The receptionist was very friendly and made an effort even though they didn't understand the language. The bus stop was nearby, so it was easy to get around. The room had the bare necessities for an overnight stay and was comfortable. There was no hair dryer.

Good hotel

There is a shuttle bus at the airport for the airport transit hotel, but the latest bus arrives at 11:00. The room was very small, but it was ok for a transit.

It was very well located, the staff was also very friendly, the breakfast was regular but good, in a very good value-for-money sense, the rooms were very hot, I liked that especially because it was very cold
