street noise is a bit load but not crazy Breakfast is good 

Happy to report that this hotel is 5/5. At this price point I thought there would be a risk of sub standard staff, cleanliness or something.... sheets? But no, my family and I will be returning. Great front office staff, thank you Dan who organised our ongoing travel.

3* star hotel - if you pay 4*not worth staying 1.buffet only 6 -8 trays of cooked food and not tasty 2.Fine hotel - lose access card 250bahts,lose laundry bag 250bahts,my friend accidentally spilt chocolate drink on bedsheets ,undercover. fine 4200bahts. 3. Shower water - hot water not consistent. Will get cold after some time. 4. Room service slow - displayed make up card 11am. Returned at 4.30pm still not done . Shortage of labour 5.TV budget channels and poor signal on many channels 6.stayed family unit room. Air cond unit inside room - outdated unit and temp cannot be adjusted Still have to give credit to the receptionist staff - very friendly. If you like beach, book hotels that face directly the beach . This hotel still needs to cross the road. Avoid this hotel unless price is good .

Very Nice hotel. Breakfast was ok. Overall, it was very good time spent there. I will return. The only thing that I was not happy was about the bed. I booked a king bed and it was twin bed. The staff helped me to put both bed together and it was ok.

Beach front location, close to Bangala road & plenty of food options, along with shopping plus massage n facial options. Room is quite small.

Great location Just to the side of all the hustle bustle We walked everywhere. Clean. The breakfast was unfortunately not the best. Not enough variety.

Everything was amazing

A 2 star, disguised as 4. Location and Reception only positive things, everything else is not. Upon arrival, it seemed to enter a nice 4 stars, but as I arrived in the room, a disaster. Cleaning and sanitization of the bathroom non-existent, still signs of urine of the previous customer, air conditioning not working, later restored, stained towels and window with balcony 2 meters from the balcony in front, consequently always with the closed curtains to have a little privacy. Forget about the greeting and smiles of Thailand when you go to have breakfast, manager and male staff almost annoyed, their only concern is to ask you with little courtesy the breakfast ticket. Breakfast not excellent. In my last three days I gave up breakfast at the hotel. New hotel but bathrooms seem to have already many years. Maybe it will improve in the future, but I don't recommend it to my friends today.

I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel, especially the front desk staff. They have been very polite and helpful during my stay. Well done and I am definitely looking forward to staying at your hotel in the near future.

Great place, close to every attractions and restaurants in Patong. Friendly and welcoming staff. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Patong!

Great hotel across from the water and down the street from Bangla Rd. The hotel looks much like the images and was in a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we were able to drop our bags off early and leave them til late for pick up. I would recommend this hotel for a budget hotel.
