We've stayed here for 3 nights. Very good guesthouse for this price. Friendly staff. Close to the bars and beach. Good and not so small room. I would like to come back. A bit noisy, but I didn't have any problem with sleeping honestly

Exceptional service, spotlessly clean rooms, and convenient location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations beyond words. I judged it prematurely because of the price but my room was very big, it was squeaky clean and it actually looked nice. I also had a TV that I actually used, a kettle to make my coffee, an iron to press my clothes and a mini bar fridge. My room also had a balcony. The location is perfect. About 8 minutes walk to the beach (DON'T use the main road if you're walking, it's dangerous with no side walks and further. Use the backstreets). There are bars, restaurants, currency exchange offices, laundromats, ATM's and spa's everywhere you look. Had I known how much I would enjoy this place I would have stayed much longer. The staff at Sure Guesthouse is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, if you are not driving or using a motorbike, don't you worry, Grab and Bolt work very well here. I was using Grab to go to faraway destinations but then I switched to Bolt because their prices are almost 1/3 of Grabs prices. Cons: It gets a little noisy at night (cause of the bars and nightlife), but not so bad that you can't sleep. Also, there isn't a lift so you have to use stairs (this was fine for me cause I was eating ALOT so I needed the stairs, but I know some people don't like that and should probably ask to get a room on the 2nd floor when booking. Overall, this is a great place to stay for anyone of any age especially considering the price. If I ever come back to Thailand, I will definitely stay at Sure again.

Happy overall experience But was unlucky getting the first nights next to the main road / highway. Changed to the next house and now it is all good. 5 minutes Walk to the beach

Very friendly staff rooms where very clean and location was spot on

Location is pretty good - only 7 minutes to beach, many bars and cafe's is around, but sometimes its loudy because of them. Big old TV looks very funny and unuseful (i don't used it). air condition is nice, overall room is not bad, but can be cheaper. Not so private place.

Just a SMELLING DIRTY GARBAGE DUMP! nothing to do with the photos in the room. The linen is dirty, they checked us in at 2:30 PM, we sat and waited, no one was there. You can't get anyone to answer. Hair all over the floor. The toilet looks like the whole of Thailand went into it. For 5 thousand rubles, it's just awful.

Overall, a good hotel, a bit dirty, but otherwise cozy, they put us on the quiet side, the room was good.

We were given room 201, don't take it or the ones nearby. We didn't sleep, there was a karaoke bar right above, and you could hear the road from the street, it was as if you were lying right on it. Pillows were like bricks, with a slight musty smell. Bed linen - as if it hadn't been changed Towels - old, threads hanging right along the edges. Floors looked like they hadn't been washed, hair in every corner. Unpleasant room, we ran away from there and they refunded our money for the second day through Trip.com

Excellent hotel, the room was cleaned every day, nice hostess, room with balcony, next to the beach, literally 10 minutes walk, the beach is good. Of the minuses - noisy around.

Very dirty, it feels like the bed linen hasn't been changed. But the worst thing is that there is a bar under the windows and rock musicians were singing and the crowd was buzzing all night. I don't recommend it.

Near restaurants, pubs, bars, nightlife attractions, clean rooms, standard, reasonable price, convenient travel, affordable price, easy and convenient check-in, fast, good service from staff.
