The location is perfect, the staff is super friendly and the hotel has a lot of pools and amenities to do after the beach, totally recommend for a couple trip that want to enjoy quiet Phuket. Patong beach is 20 min away by taxi and it cost 220 bath per trip

Great comfortable stay. It is on a huge hill, though there is a shuttle if you can catch it.

Be ready to hike the hill before reaching the hotel!

I stayed at this hotel with friends 2 years ago, for one night. Now I came with my wife, because I liked the hotel last time. Room 509, 5th floor with a sea view. Time has certainly made its own adjustments, the room is not the first freshness. But everything works. We liked the breakfasts. The only thing is the climb up the hill. But there is a shuttle that you can call. I recommend the hotel

The hotel is located near the beaches, but you still have to walk 15-20 minutes through the mountainous terrain. Delicious breakfasts, great pool. The rooms need renovation, a little shabby already

At first they put us in a room with a view of the roof and buildings? There was a smell of sewage on the balcony, then they changed us to another one at our request, everything was fine! It is convenient with a child, because there is an extra bed. The location is very convenient, a shuttle takes you up the hill and to Katu beach too

The hotel is excellent, they gave us a room on the first floor, they promised to change it in two days, they did not deceive us. The room matched the photo, comfortable. The pool on the territory is excellent. We did not buy breakfast, it did not meet expectations, too meager. Beach towels, a bag and flip-flops are included in the stay. Huge bath and large balcony. I recommend the hotel for its money.

Terrible attitude! We paid for a grand deluxe room when booking, arrived at the hotel and at 2 p.m. they took us to a room that was being renovated, apologized and gave us coupons for dinner for 600 baht, we accordingly did not agree, explained that we had a reservation at the hotel, as a result, after 2 hours of waiting, they gave us a room with a view of a real garbage dump, the room is on the first floor and through the balcony railings there is a garbage dump! We explain that if we cancel the reservation, we will not live in this room, in response there is complete disregard and a refusal to cancel the reservation in order to return the money, as a result, after 5!!! Hours of swearing, they finally gave us a room. Total horror! The rudeness of the administration and impudence is beyond measure, this is the first time we have encountered this, I will not set foot in this hotel

The hotel is conveniently located between the beaches, there is a shuttle to Kata. The climb back up the mountain is good cardio, but you can get there by pickup. Breakfast has a great selection of dishes from different cuisines. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the view is great.

The hotel is average, but otherwise quite normal.
