Fantastic location, a lot of nice food nearby. Very happening at night. Simple place to spend the night if you are not going to spend much time in the hotel. Amenities are decent

The location is a little bit far from the activities, and when I went on the first day the gave me a very bad room which is different than what I requested, then I asked to get me what I requested from the app they let me wait for another day and then they gave me better room but still there was no queen bed as I requested, the put a double bed together and wasn't comfortable at all, the service room entering the room while I have not been notice and that raising an issue if something missed, the need to ask for permission before entering the rooms to make sure the valuable things not being missed, I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Strategy location , just 7-8 min walk to shopping mall , bangla , Patong beach . Love the Wi-Fi speed of hotel , is fast like rocket.

According to payment the hotel service and cleanness is perfect. I'm recommending to all of you guys to choose My Hotel Phuket✅

I liked their manners and behavior and the hotel was clean enough. But they didn't provide toothpaste which I really needed. But other's good

No lif..u must use stairs.. so my room at level 4.. with my luggage huhu very make me feel execise.. but the room so nice big n clean.. as pic as good

as they say location, location, location! it was very convenient to t go any where , like bangla road , , number 6 cafe, shopping, beach and it is rather quiet to have a good rest n the room there after. the rooms are cosy and clean and the daily service was standard. unfortunately the air-conditioning wasn't cooling properly. friendly reception

One panel of shower screens missing! Shower area drainage choked, water not draining away, and overflowed to whole bathroom! This is the worst 3* Hotel i had stayed!!!

Its difficult to change log in name, for waiting for 2 to 3 weeks. The air con didn't work and the reception called for fixing, instead, there were so many other free rooms, they would not change one for you. More, on the first day, I need to walk upstairs for 4 floors, but I booked a month ago. Thats for i used a higher rate for the room. The deluxe room is very small, not as mentioned as in the ads. Not recommended to rent this hotel.

Our room is at the fourth floor and there is no elevator especially u have a heavy luggage and there is no fun to go up and down those stairs

The room is quite decent & spacious, clean. Booked it because there was swimming pool - when asked staff they said no swimming pool and asked me to go to the beach. Safety could be a real concern - I locked my door and at 8.30ish am , someone tried to break into the room - kept banging the door. Explained to the hotel staff and they said the cleaning lady tried to come in. I m not sure how they didn’t realise I was staying and tried to come in. They disturbed my sleep and I requested for a late check up - rejected and said need to charge 200 baht for an hour.
