Very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is not very good for those who want to walk to the beach, but there are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and other options nearby.

The hotel appeared appealing in pictures, but fell short in reality with cleanliness issues that need attention. Breakfast was adequate, though limited, and the beach was a 10-15 minute walk away.

I have mixed reviews here. The hotel was great for the price we paid, the staff was kind and did their best to accommodate us. However the camera in that was placed in front of our bathroom window where it has direct access to us was suspect. So my issue is with the owner, not the staff. They were great.

The Pe La Resort is a perfect little hideaway that provides a home away from home. The private villa-style room offered a large living room space as soon as you enter, accompanied by a smart TV and large L-Couch. After a few days exploring, a night in to recharge was definitely worth it. A large bathroom with a bathtub and open wet room style shower. The bedroom, equally as large and comfortable with enough space to really settle into whilst on your stay. The staff were lovely and offered to help at every chance. Very welcoming and inviting. The location is a great spot if you want to be out of the thick of the busy areas, but also close enough to reach there under 30 minutes. Would go again and highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights as a large family, split into 2 seperate units. Both units were a Two Bedroom Suite located on the ground floor. The whole resort was recently refurbished, so the interior design from the lobby to restaurant to rooms and toilet were very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything you need to cook a meal. Rooms were very clean and the shower pressure was great. Resort is located just off the main road and close to Kamala Beach, though renting a scooter might be easier. Staff were generally very friendly. Some small issues: resort could use much better landscaping (weeds, overgrown grass) pool was small but good, breakfast could have better variety. Overall extremely pleasant stay! Wouldn't hesitate to be back.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. Everything has always been fine. The location, the size of the room and the availability of a kitchen are fine. But this time after booking on tripcom, the hotel wrote a letter that it is necessary to pay extra for a child, although the child is indicated in the booking, and the description says that the room is designed for three. The extra charge was 800 baht per day!!!. Upon check-in, it turns out that this is an extra charge for bed linen for a child. Not for a bed, but for a sheet with a blanket! Are you serious??? They gave us the farthest room, in which the windows overlook a private house where roosters live and every morning they scream, as if in your room, because the audibility from the street is terrible!! All the cars, the roar of bikes, roosters - you hear it all, all night! The cleaning is simply disgusting. The floor is not washed, but wiped with a mop with some kind of spray, it turns out greasy, sticky. I wiped the floor with a napkin and it became black. I called the reception and asked to send a cleaning lady to wash the floor in the room and the balcony. But it didn't help much, everything needs to be washed there!! The towels were brought unwashed, with gray and black stains. The pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. The tiles in the pool are falling off, the jets for the hydromassage no longer work, everything is kind of neglected (a complete disappointment. We didn't take breakfast this time, there are only three types on the menu, after 2 weeks you get really tired of it. In general, you need to look for another one for the next trips, this one has gone badly wrong.

Amazing hotel, I don't understand why it has such an undeservedly low rating. Good repair, kitchen, coffee machine, capsules, robes, everything is clean, good breakfasts, choice from the menu. The staff girls are very nice, they helped with all the questions, they put together an early breakfast for the excursion, brought umbrellas during the rain, daily cleaning, a cool pool, sun loungers, our room had a terrace. There were 2 families and 1 child, everyone was absolutely delighted, if we come to Phuket, then only this hotel.

Nice structure, renovated a few years ago. Nice room with living room overlooking the outdoor pool. Quiet. Some flaws: clogged toilet, only 1 towel per person and quite worn. Pool towels only in the morning then nothing. Decent breakfast. From a structure like this I would have expected more services

The hotel is located near Kamala Beach, 8-9 hundred meters away from the beach; the rooms are well-equipped, clean and hygienic, and there is a public swimming pool; there are supermarkets, convenience stores, and vegetable markets next to it; there is a small bar opposite; there is an airport bus passing by (Phuket Airport) -Rawwai round-trip) Non-24-hour front desk 7:00-20:00 (Get up early to go to the airport, you need to inform in advance)

Don't book this hotel. On the day we booked two nights, the room had a musty smell and looked like it had been unoccupied for a long time. The hotel was very run-down and the breakfast was very single and not self-service! Not worth the money at all! The next day we applied for a refund for one day's hotel stay, but they refused and only got a refund of 500 yuan! I don’t know where those good reviews came from! Heed the advice not to live with Chinese people and don’t lie to Chinese people! There is a road next to it, just like in the countryside, there is only a supermarket without any facilities. I never write a review! Don't be fooled! Don't be fooled!

The room is pretty good, two rooms, suitable for a family. There is a supermarket nearby. You can buy vegetables and cook for yourself. You can walk to the beach in about ten minutes.

Breakfast needs to be ordered, it's all delicious! ! The scheduled itinerary has free breakfast for 1 child and 2 adults. Everyone here has a good attitude. We went to Egg Island early in the morning on the last day and helped us pack breakfast. Walk for 20 minutes to the central beach of Kamala. Go out and turn right for 3 minutes to find 711 and super cheap. There is a bigc 500 meters away. It is not a downtown area. It is more convenient to rent a motorcycle. It is suitable for those who like a slow-paced, comfortable and pure vacation. It's a blockbuster with just one shot!
