Great location - a short walk to the beach and lots of good options . A good food market right outside the front door. Nice pools and rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Pool access room was great. Some parts of the building may be a bit dated but the place is fantastic. Great value. Breakfast was OK. Could be better.

Great Hotel at a great price. Nice position at the bottom end of Kata and very close to the beach. The hotel has 4 large swimming pools, most of which are accessible directly from your room which is nice. Breakfast is simple but OK. Directly outside the hotel is a market/local eating area which offers great value for money. The rooms at the hotel are comfortable and clean, definitely a hotel we would stay at again.

The loved this hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was a little lacking but that's no biggie The room, our room, was very clean. We had 2! showers cubicles. Nice bathrooms , clean , 10 second walk to the pool. There's a banging night marked with some of the best street for ever. Try the banana pancake with peanut better and syrup. The are lots of ATMs around and the convince stores are also everything/ Honestly you don't to h=get too far to anything. towels provided for swimming. We would definitely come and stay again.

Value for money for sure. We had a room with pool access. The main pool with bar was nice too. Breakfast OK, but not necessary as there are so many options in town. Short walk to the beach. Staff amazingly helpful, I loved the cold towel and drink on arrival.

It is so close to a nice beach. There is a food market near it so you can find anything around

Behind a busy street, it feels like you're somewhere else when you walk in. From the outside, you think you've escaped, but you're entering another world. It's peaceful, with good service and super attentive staff.

Although a bit old, the location is excellent, opposite the market and close to Kata Beach.

It is recommended to book a building in the rainy season, otherwise you will have to get up early in the morning to fight the flood and flee like me. By the way, I left a message for a refund to Ctrip, but there was no reply... I lost a GoPro and a camera in this rainstorm

Our two families almost drowned in this hotel. At 4 a.m., the room was full of stinky water. We only realized that there was a flood in our sleep. We held the child and knocked on the door to wake up the neighbors. The flood went from ankles to chests in just 20 minutes. We ran to the lobby and hid for four hours. We were soaked, the children and adults had a fever and vomited, the luggage was soaked, the mobile phone was lost, and the child Xiaotian was also lost. The luggage was soaked in water, and the passport was soaked. The two families suffered heavy losses! The hotel is in a low-lying area, the room sank, and the continuous heavy rain was too late to drain the water, resulting in backflow, but the hotel's emergency measures were very poor. Although the hotel suffered the greatest loss, it was very unsatisfactory in the later handling. Ctrip also actively communicated, so it was just bad luck. Remind everyone that Phuket has a heavy rain recently, don't choose a room on the first floor!

The location of the hotel is good. There is a small market right outside the door. Kata Beach is just across the road. There are several swimming pools in the hotel. It is nice to take pictures. The front desk staff is very friendly. But the furnishings in this room are really too old. The water in the washbasin is pitifully small. The shower head is fixed. There are many stains on the sheets and quilts. It's a landmine
