Okay, so it’s more like serviced apartments rather than an actual hotel. So don’t really expect a 5 star hotel feel. The restaurant Shimmer which is located on the hotel premises is amazing! We had dinners there even when we moved to a different hotel. It also has a nice quiet beach, which you can access directly from the hotel. The only downside of our stay was a gigantic cockroach we found in our living room, it was huge and disgusting. We killed it, but obviously there must be more of them living in the room /hotel. I’ve read it in the other reviews as well, so I think the management has to take measures to get rid of them, especially in the rooms!!

Kamala beach is a good beach if you want to stay on the beach resort. There are also 2 swimming pools. Once face the sea and another one just door step from our room. The distant to Patong beach is 20 minutes away, we rented a car so is not a problem for us. The breakfast is Ala cart so the choice is limited the food is pretty quality. It was our anniversary and they have prepared a brut on our room. Very sweet of them. The room is comfortable and overall a good stay for us!

The hotel does not have a canteen... There is only one restaurant, and the breakfast selection is not too much, but the quality is good. Everything else is OK. The location is good, the beach is relatively quiet, and the scenery is beautiful.

The hotel environment and facilities are modern and high-end with a cool and nonchalant style. The details are very colorful. The room divisions are clear, but slightly small. The swimming pool is clear and transparent, with few people. It is close to the InterContinental next door. You can go to the InterContinental public area to play and eat at the Michelin restaurant of the InterContinental. The rooms of the same price are much better than the InterContinental

Very, very good. I stayed here once last year and chose this place again today. The front desk staff is still the same as last year. They are sincere to customers and help answer all questions and needs with a very good attitude. If I come to Phuket again next year, I will choose this place again.

My favorite hotel! Ideal place, good service. The hotel has everything for a great holiday. The hotel group includes several hotels, restaurants and a beach club. There is also a transfer for a comfortable trip and a guest card is provided for the duration of your stay at the hotel at Catch club

We spent over 7100 for two nights, which is not worth the price at all. There was a thief among the hotel waiters, who stole two packs of plasters, two packs of dried durian, and two boxes of seaweed rolls. The hotel service was not good. The cleaners saw it but did not say hello. The man at the front desk was not good either. We asked for two new pairs of slippers after staying for two days, but he refused to give them to us, saying that slippers should be used all the time. When we checked out, we went to the airport and wanted to ask him for a bottle of water, but he refused to give it to us, and told us to buy Perrier water ourselves! Also, the side of the hotel that is close to the mountain is under construction, which is very unsightly! It is at the very edge of the beach, and it is very inconvenient to walk to 711. The breakfast is extremely unpalatable, nothing to say.
